1.) Sighting- It is where usually monitor what is happening on the site checking if the angle
of a certain structure or a measurement is right. It is also where they check carefully if
the laborers do there works or tasks given to them and also manage to see or
observe the things that is happening all around the construction site.

2.) Scheduling- Scheduling is a listing of a project's milestones, activities, and deliverables,

usually with intended start and finish dates. Those items are often estimated by other
information included in the project schedule of resource allocation, budget, task duration,
and linkages of dependencies and scheduled events. A schedule is commonly used in
the project planning and project portfolio management parts of project management.
Elements on a schedule may be closely related to the work breakdown structure.

3.) Constraints- Constraints generally refer to the processes involved in completing

construction activities, and are often based on the practicality of building methods and
standards. For example, in constructing a foundation, the site must be leveled before
excavation can take place; then formwork and reinforcement can be placed before
concrete is poured. Each task must be completed before the next can begin; therefore
each task acts as a constraint on the next task.

4.) Techniques used to accelerate construction projects

 Cement concrete with admixtures. > Precast concrete.

 Rapid setting concrete. > Modular construction
 Roller compacted concrete. > Innovative contracting methods
 Off-site substructure construction > Working overtime or implementing a new shift
 Re-sequencing work activities.
5.) Issues in Construction
 Shortage of qualified workers.
 Generational Differences.
 Technology adoption.
 Environmental sustainability.
 Project complexity.
6.) Trends in Construction
 Stay Green.
 Modular Buildings.
 Building Information Modeling
 Drones
