Greetings!
The Junior Philippine Institute of Accountants of the University of St. Lasalle invited us
to attend a talk about the new Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion Law also known as
Republic Act No. 10963. This half-day seminar will provide us with all the comprehensive details
of the TRAIN law and as well as aid us in fully understanding the ins and outs of the new tax
reform. As future Certified Public Accountants, it is necessary for us to know the changes and
consequences of the new law to ensure compliance and avoid tax risks and exposures.
In line with this, we would like to seek your permission to allow us to be a part of this
seminar and still be able to credit the duration of the time consumed during the talk on our
internship hours.
