General Comments
nd
This move is only the 2 move Jurgen has carried out under the watchful eye of a competent mover.
This assessment applies to Noble Ton van Langeveld only and should not be used on other type of a rig.

In general Jurgen did very good job, it would appear that he has had practice in the past in order to be this
nd
competent after only his 2 move

 The area of possible improvement is communication as he speaks very fast what makes it difficult
to understand by others over the radio. Candidate should improve his abilities to clear
communicate over the radio.
 It is recommended that Jurgen gains more knowledge on AHTS abilities and limitations.

I would consider Jurgen Nikklas competent to undertake further rig moves of NTVL as a Tow Master (or
similar semi sub) on this performance and recommend him for an Unrestricted Pass.

The assessment and the contents were discussed with the OIM and the candidate
