INTRODUCTION
This individual work has the purpose of knowing and identifying the different strategies
in the case provided by the university. We will also carry out a SWOT matrix in order to
evidence this tool releving in our life project and a last life-based aestartegic plan where
it is included the mission, vision, values description of the plan and strategies.
1. Description of the strategy applied for each one of the three characters (Teresa,
Nancy and Kitty), to manage their own careers.

Teresa : The strategies used by Teresa are directives, positioning and I use a strategic
planning since what she did was to think about the process that seeks to place the
brand of the product or company in the mind of the consumer, in addition I make plans
and objectives to translate the objectives that was proposed and also indalgo on the
new project that had in mind and made studies to measure how good your idea would
be.

Nancy : the strategy used by nancy is intuitive because, being close to her family, I do
not research the most favorable market to make the best decision

Kitty: the strategies used by kitty are directives, positioning and I use a strategic
planning since what she did was to think about the process that seeks to place the
brand of the product or company in the mind of the consumer, in addition I make plans
and objectives to translate the objectives that was proposed.

Brand

My name is Maria Saenz, I am from the city of Bogota, I have two beautiful daughters
and I currently work in Thomas Greg, I study Industrial Engineering.

Mission

My mission is to carry out all the goals that I have set for myself next to my family and
with the help of the most important being that will allow me to carry them out `` GOD ``.

Vision

My vision is to be an excellent mother, wife, daughter and sister so that I can help my
whole family, besides being a good professional and working in the area that I am better
at.

Values

the values that most stand out are: commitment, respect, tolerance, discipline,
tolerance, kindness and wisdom.

Plan Statement:

be an excellent mother and professional fulfilling fully with everything that I have
proposed next to God and my family.

Major Strategies:

my strategies are to establish clear and achievable goals, establish priorities, discard
unhealthy habits, trust in myself, be proactive and seek help when I need it.

Outcomes

Results, I started by leaving a sedentary lifestyle and I'm exercising in the gym
Conclusions

thanks to the development of this activity I knew goals and objectives that I had on
file which will help me to have a clear objective..

Thanks to the strategic management course, I learned more about the strategies
that we can use to carry out the plans, both professionally and professionally.

With the development of the course I managed to improve intellectual aspects,


which help me in my working life.
