Physical Education classes often take a twice a week. It's very important for
children as others main classes. I believe that Physical Education class is very necessary
to the children. It helps them to ease the psychological stress caused by studying.
Moreover, it improves them to learn valuable social skills such as the importance of
teamwork and being a good sport. Also, it helps them much to be healthy.

Not only physical exercise beneficial to body, it's also very important to the
mind.it develops concentration and mental abilities extremely. Also, the students learn
motor learning concepts during doing exercises. They learn information related with
health and fitness during activities. The physical education teacher must have special
skills and training. First, he must be a good athlete and an excellent role model for the
students. Second, he must reflect good health, physical coordination and vitality. Third,
she must demonstrate the value of good behavior and teamwork. Fourth, he should able
to encourage and motivate even the less physically skilled students to put forth their best
effort. Finally, he needs to be able to break down complex concepts and instructions into
smaller, more manageable steps.

In the physical education classes the teacher need use resource of curriculum to
know what appropriate for children. It’s vital that physical education teachers have
enough resources at their disposal to bring their “A game” when teaching children. By
including some of the resources below into their lesson plans.in addition, it's very
necessary that must equipment be safe and meets the student's needs. The teacher in this
lesson used many techniques to be class more fun and active. For example, he used group
work as a motivation to the children. Also, he used the whistle to organize student's work
in their activities. In my opinion, the lesson was great, enjoyable, fun and creative. I liked
the different variety games they did and how were interact with each other.
