You are informed that your tender for the above work is accepted by the Chief Engineer(R&B), Buildings
& RSW, Vijayawada vide reference 3 rd cited for a tender contract value of Rs. 1,95,58,891/- at 6.39% less
than the estimate contract value of Rs. 2,08,94,019/- arrived based on SSR 2017-18.

1. You are requested to handover uploaded documents along with EMD for Rs.2,09,000- vide payment BG
no.0044010BG0000166/NR dated 08.03.2018 of Bank of Maharashtra, Main road, Kakinada and
valid up to 09.09.2018 which was uploaded while submitting the tender immediately.

In case of failure to submit the original Hard Copies of uploaded certificates/Documents,

DD/BG towards EMD within the stipulated time or if any variation is noticed between the uploaded
documents and the hard copies submitted by the bidder, as the successful bidder will be suspended
from participating in the tenders on e-Procurement platform for a period of 3 years(As per condition
contemplated in para IV of General Terms & Conditions in NIT i.e., G.O.Ms.No.174 dt.1.9.2008 of
I&CAD (PW-REFORMS) Dept)

Hence, you are requested to attend (R&B) Circle office, Kakinada along with the following documents and
conclude the L.S. Agreement on or before 14- 06-2018

1. Earnest Money Deposit of Rs. 5,22,400/- (EMD already paid at the time of tendering will be returned soon
after receipt of total EMD at the time of entering in the agreement) in the shape of unconditional and
irrevocable Bank Guarantee valid for 34 months from the date of agreement in favour of the Superintending
Engineer(R&B) Circle, Kakinada or Demand Draft in favour of A.P.A.O., (W&P), Kakinada
2. Non-Judicial stamp papers worth of Rs.100/- 2 Nos.
3. Particulars of Technical persons to be employed on the above work along with this appointment letters their
consent letters and proof of their qualifications 2 Nos.
4. Proposed Methodology Programme for completion of work within the period stipulated to incorporate in the
Agreement (Mile stone programme).
5. Demand Draft for Rs. 8,358/- drawn in favour of M.D., A.P.T.S., Hyderabad towards corpus fund.

Please note that failure on your part to attend this office and sign the L.S. Agreement in the manner
aforesaid for the above work will entail forfeiture of E.M.D. paid by you and necessary further action would be
taken as per clause 29.3 of Tender condition without issuing any further notice and suspending the Business of
the Agency for one year with all the departments in respect Conventional tenders also duly intimating the fact to
all the concerned departments (As per G.O.Ms. No.259 T,R&B(R-V) Dept. dt.06.09.2008.
