Human right on children at schools should be abolished

Children are the next young generation. They are also the pillars of success for this country. While
education is the weapon to do the change and achieve the better life for this nation. Because of those
important roles, their right at school becomes a hot potatoes now adays.

From constitution 45 number 31 verse 1, “every people have a right to get a good educatiion” then
there is the child protection rule number 28 B verse 2 “ each children has a right for a good life, grow
up and also get a protection from constitution about the violence whenever and where ever included
at school”.
And related to the motion, human right on children at school should be abolished which has been
heralded recently has become our attention in this debate. We can say that we agree about this
motion for some reasons. Namely
1. Please look back on july 2010. A teacher from primary school should have a deal with police
after hitting her student with a plastic ruler. ( after investigated, the students has truly hit his
friends first.
And the viral news about NURMAYANI A junior high schoooll teacher who has stayed for while
in prison just because she pinched her student. May be there many more the same cases like
this have happpend in indonesia,
