We do not deny your help for Arab students, especially Libyan students. For example, one student from
Libya admitted and appreciate your helping where he stated in his thesis to acknowledge your supporting
for him that “My deepest appreciation goes to my academic supervisor Dr Bushra Al-Duri, who offered this
PhD programme after an earlier such programme was withdrawn due to my need to return to my country, and
also for her continuous wise leadership of the programme, her practical advice and sympathetic understanding
of my situation”. Hence, I wish you help me as other student and I feel desperate.
I understood that you may misunderstand me when I criticize reviewed your paper. I critically review
your paper to show you my level in order to help me to study a PhD degree at the University of

We are writing to you in support of the above named Libyan sponsored student.
He visited us at our office in London and asked to help him return back to
Leicester University (LU) and be given a second chance to complete his PhD
research at your Engineering Department. He began his study at LU on the 29th
of April 2013 with Dr Bleijs on this research project “Investigation of PV
systems with energy storage for improving reliability”. However, the student
left LU when he was downgraded from PhD to MPhil after his second year
exam.

We value our relationship with Leicester University and at the same time, we
