Dear Mayor Canoy,

This pertains to an incident reports submitted in our office dated March 15 and 24, 2018,
regarding an alleged illegal extraction by LGU-Kadingilan of limestone aggregates located at Barangay
Balauro, Kadingilan, Bukidnon. It was stated in the reports that several warnings were made but still the
illegal extraction continuous in the above-cited barangay.

In as much as the abovementioned incidents constitutes violation under Republic Act 7942
known as the “Philippine Mining Act of 1995” and Section 4.D.05.i, Article 4.D. of Provincial Ordinance
No. 2013-004R (12th SP) known as the “Provincial Revenue Code of Bukidnon”. We would like to invite
you for a meeting this coming April 3, 2018, Tuesday, at the Bukidnon Environment and Natural
Resources Office, fronting PDRC, Malaybalay, City, at 9:00 o’clock in the in the morning
