- All Suspension rods/ hangers should be
vertical and in accordance with the Contract
specs./ Manufacturer's instructions
- Extra hangers to be provided near light fittings
- All exposed/ concealed grids should be horizontal/
levelled and fixed as per contract specs./
Manufacturer's instructions
- All members I.e. cross members, perimeter trims,
Holding down clips, infill units, splines etc. to be
fixed as per Contract specs./ Mfr's instructions.
- Light fittings placement should not affect the
structural stability of the ceiling

- Conducting parts of ceiling is to be connected
to the suitable earthing if required
- Access panels is to be provided and located to
facilitate the service units above the false ceiling
if required or as per Contract specifications

3 Final inspection Drawing Visual, 100% - The tiles/ panels are to be secured properly to grid Engineer /
Contract Specs. The installed tiles/ panels are undamaged Foremen/
- Trims around light fttings are in line and level Quality Engineer
- Access panels design is as per approved drawings.
