Note:
A) Rates should be quoted as per Unit mentioned in the Schedule of Rates.
B) Rates should be quoted in figure as well as in words.
C) Service Tax should be specified by the contractor separately, if nothing is given it will be assumed that the quoted rate is inclusive of service tax and wherever
service tax is given as extra then the Service Tax as applicable will be paid extra after submission of documentary evidence of having deposited the same with
concerned authorities.
D) Service tax proof must be submitted within one month next from the quarter in which payment of first & final bill of the contractor is paid, otherwise liability of NFL
shall extinguish.
E) The quoted rate shall be inclusive of all other taxes.
