Instructions: The following is a list of behaviours involved in effective facilitation skills. Given your
level of experience in each of these skill areas, rate your ability to demonstrate these behaviours
by placing an “x” in the appropriate box.

1 = VERY LITTLE OR NO ABILITY (I have never done this and I know nothing about it)
2 = AVERAGE ABILITY (I have done this once or twice but feel that I have a lot to learn)
