PETITION AGAINST UNION "REPRESENTATION"

The undersigned employees do NOT want to be represented by the ___________________________

Union [FILL IN NAME], do NOT want to join the Union, and do NOT support the Union in any manner.

To the extent that any of the undersigned employees have ever previously signed a Union "authorization
card" or other indication of support for union representation, the undersigned employees hereby REVOKE
that card, effective immediately. More specifically, our employer, the Union, and all third parties or
arbitrators must take NOTICE that any such card signed by an undersigned employee is NULL and VOID.

Should our employer ever voluntarily recognize the Union as the bargaining representative of employees,
OR SHOULD THE NATIONAL LABOR RELATIONS BOARD EVER REQUIRE OUR EMPLOYER TO BARGAIN WITH
A UNION BASED UPON UNION AUTHORIZATION CARDS PREVIOUSLY SIGNED BY THE UNDERSIGNED, the
undersigned employees hereby petition the National Labor Relations Board to hold a DECERTIFICATION
ELECTION to determine whether the majority of employees truly wish to be represented by the Union.

 Petición contra la "representación" syndical

Los empleados abajo firmantes NO desean ser representados por el ____________________union

[nombre completo], NO desean unirse al sindicato, y NO apoyan al sindicato de ninguna manera.

En la medida en que cualquiera de los empleados abajo firmantes haya firmado alguna vez una "tarjeta de
autorización" del Sindicato u otra indicación de apoyo para la representación sindical, los empleados abajo
firmantes REVOCAN esta tarjeta, con vigencia inmediata. Más específicamente, nuestro empleador, el
sindicato y todos los terceros o árbitros deben tomar nota de que cualquier tarjeta firmada por un
empleado abajo firmante es nula e inválida.

Si nuestro empleador alguna vez reconoce voluntariamente al Sindicato como el representante de negociación de
los empleados, o si el Consejo Nacional de Relaciones Laborales alguna vez requiere que nuestro empleador negocie
con un sindicato basado en tarjetas de autorización sindical previamente firmadas por el abajo firmante, los
empleados abajo firmantes solicitan a la Junta de Relaciones para celebrar una ELECCIÓN DE DECERTIFICACIÓN para
determinar si la mayoría de los empleados realmente desean ser representados por el sindicato.
