Eating Habits

All people should have good habits, exercise daily have a healthy and varied diet
Drink a lot of water a day , prepare salads to maintain a healthy life
We have to eat vegetables and fruits like: broccoli, tomato, spinach, potato, onions,
carrots, oranges, pears, apples, cherries, bananas, melon, grapes, pineapples and
others.

We also have to eat proteins such as: milk, cheese, butter, meat, fish, shrimp and other
We do not have to visit restaurants that sell junk food or fast food such as: soft drinks,
processed juices, hamburgers, hot dogs, pizzas, fried meats, French fries.
Also sweet as: donuts, cakes, chocolates, cookies and others.
