SUBJECT: Augmentation of Guards

1. In relation to the recent bombings and attacks by Maute

Group in Marawi City which leads to the city’s takeover and
in connection to Baguio City’s heightened alert status;

2. Considering that hotel industries are considered as soft

targets for terrorists attack due to its nature that it is
open to the public;

3. In order to protect and ensure the safety and security of

the employees and guests, an augmentation of one security
personnel shall be posted at the main lobby entrance with
the following post duties:

a. To strictly implement the “No Firearms”

policy
b. To record the plate numbers of public
conveyances conveying guests or visitors
of the hotel.
c. To inform the Chief Security
Officer/Manager on Duty in case of
untoward incidents.
d. To report suspicious persons, activities
and items found within the area of
responsibility
e. To assist all our clients in cases of
emergencies

4. Said augment guard shall assume his duties and functions

during 90% and above occupancy and during Fridays,
Saturdays and Sundays from 0700H-1900H.
