The Philippine Institute of Chemical Engineers – Junior Chapter Batangas (PIChE-

JCB), the official organization of future chemical engineers of the Batangas State
University, is now on its 19th year of upholding excellence and continuing enrichment of
the intellectual capacity of the students and coping up with the challenges of the 21 st
century. With our ultimate goal of elevating educational standards in the field of chemical
engineering in the university, the PIChE-JCB has been holding series of competitions that
will showcase the potentials of students and encourage camaraderie among them.

This year, PIChE-JCB is currently organizing the 17th Chem Collision and 3rd Inter
High School Science Investigatory Project, a region-wide quiz bowl and research
competition for high school students, and the 1st STEMIQS: STEM Interscholastic Quiz
Show, a clash of potentials and intellectual capacity of Senior High School student
taking Science, Technology Engineering and Mathematics(STEM) within the province

with the theme “Catalyzing Young Minds for 19 Commemorative Years through
Unleashing Knowledge and Synthesizing Ideas” to be held on November 10-11, OVER-ALL HEAD
2017 at the Batangas State University GPB Main Campus II, Alangilan, Batangas Chem Collision,

In line with this, the PIChE-JCB is humbly asking for a financial aid in fulfilment of the
