1. In addition to existing functions mentioned in PR’s

job description, listed below are the proposed
functions of PRs:

i. To record all public utility cabs conveying

guests and visitors of Azalea Residences in a
log sheet to be provided by the undersigned.

Details of the cab to be recorded are the

following:

a. License Plate
b. Trade Name
c. Time of arrival/departure
d. Body make
e. Number of passengers

ii. Furthermore, PR cannot anymore assist guest in

bringing up and bringing down luggage to and
from their specific room as well as valet and
retrieving of vehicle from the parking
basement. However you may assist in the loading
and unloading of luggage from their vehicle.
 iii. To check all cabs’ interior after conveying
passengers for guests’ left behind items.

iv. To implement no firearms policy to all guests

by reporting to Sierra 1 or to the Duty Manager
any noticed guests carrying firearms.

v. To report to the Chief Security Officer or Duty

Manager all left behind items/luggage by the
guests.

vi. To report and alert immediately to the Security

Department of any suspicious person/vehicles
loitering around.

vii. To perform other functions and duties as

directed by the Group General Manager/Property
Manager and Chief Security Officer.
