Enhancing the Digital Experience
For a company with more than 150 years of experience, adjusting to evolving
market needs is part of our DNA. With that said, our recent SAP implementation
is the largest technological investment in our company’s history. That tells you just
how committed we are to this new era of progress.

Our new SAP platform not only provides foundational improvements to our
operational infrastructure, it allows us to create a new e-commerce experience that
gives our customers the improved ease and access their business demands. This
new website will strengthen customer relationships. It will transform the way we do
business and create even more product training and marketing opportunities for
supplier partners like you. We couldn’t be more excited.

Extending our Reach


As the parent company of International Hotel Supply, American Hotel now serves
customers in more than 170 countries, with offices in the Netherlands, Dubai, South
Africa, China, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Australia, Malaysia, and Taiwan. This
provides our customers and manufacturing partners with a truly global distribution
platform and strengthens our commitment to meet growing expectations
everywhere in the world.

Adding to our Luxury Assortment


We continue to strengthen the upscale offerings of The Gallery, our luxury assortment
of products and services that caters to high-end brands and boutique properties.
Working closely with The Gallery’s team of luxury concierges, managing director
Luca Lucarelli is leading a strategic initiative to make it easier for luxury properties to
