ABSTRACT
Atacama Group es una empresa chilena fundada el año
2015, por un grupo de ingenieros que anteriormente se
desempeñaron como importantes ejecutivos y líderes de
proyectos de ingeniería, construcción, montaje industrial y
mantención en las empresas ALLIANCE MI, CHEVRON,
PDVSA, PETROPIAR, MITSUBISHI CORP, CHICAGO BRIDGE
AMÉRICAS, ZUBLIN INTERNATIONAL, AKER-KVAERNER y FFE
MINERALS CHILE.
La empresa, surge como una necesidad de dar continuidad y
desarrollar al máximo los potenciales y las experiencias de
cada uno de los profesionales en las diferentes disciplinas de
ingenierías y servicios para los mercados PETROLERO,
PETROQUÍMICO, ENERGÉTICO Y MINERÍA.
En Chile contamos con oficinas de ingeniería, instalaciones y
talleres en las ciudades de Iquique, Antofagasta, Chañaral,
Huasco, Concón y Santiago.

de diversa índole, tanto para insertarse profesionalmente

Calibraciones Industriales es una empresa de servicios de
ingeniería, instrumentación y control y Laboratorio
Metrológico, fundada en 1995. El laboratorio de metrología
de nuestra empresa está acreditado a través del Sistema
Nacional de Acreditación del Instituto Nacional de
Normalización, bajo normas de calidad NCh-ISO 17025 Guía
25, que viene de la norma internacional ISO/IEC 17025, en
las siguientes magnitudes: Laboratorio de Referencia
Nacional Flujo LCR-FL, Magnitud Masa/ Calibración de
Balanzas Acreditación INN LC 079 y Magnitud Presión
Acreditación INN LC 80.
Calibraciones Industriales is a company of engineering,
instrumentation and control and Metrology Laboratory,
founded in 1995. The metrology laboratory of our company
is accredited by the National Accreditation System of
National Institute of Standardization, under quality
standards ISO-NCH 25 17025, which is the international
standard ISO / IEC 17025 in the following quantities:
National Reference Laboratory LCR Flow-FL, variable mass /
balance calibration Accreditation INN LC 079 and LC

group of engineers who previously served as senior
executives and leaders of engineering projects,

services for markets like OIL, PETROCHEMICAL, ENERGY

In Chile we have engineering offices, installations and

S-Intec es una empresa de servicios creada en año 2004, la
cual se desempeña en el área de inspecciones técnicas
industriales, Control de Calidad, Ensayos no Destructivos y
Certificación de productos combustibles de acuerdo con los
requerimientos de la legislación vigente dictada por la
Superintendencia de Electricidad y Combustible SEC. Está
formada por profesionales, técnicos, y personal
especializado con experiencia en el área de inspecciones y
ensayos no destructivos (END).
S - Intec is a service company founded in 2004 which works
in the area of industrial technical inspections, quality
control, nondestructive testing and certification of fuel
products in accordance with the requirements of the
legislation of the Electricity and Fuel Superintendence SEC .
It consists of professional, technical , and specialized
experience in the area of inspections and non-destructive
testing (NDT ) personnel.

permite detectar fallos repetitivos, disminuir los puntos
muertos por paradas, aumentar la vida útil de equipos,
disminuir costos de reparaciones, detectar puntos débiles
en la instalación entre una larga lista de ventajas.
Los principales objetivos del mantenimiento, manejados con
criterios económicos y encausados a un ahorro en los costos
generales de producción son:
1. Llevar a cabo una inspección sistemática de todas las
instalaciones, con intervalos de control para detectar
oportunamente cualquier desgaste o rotura, manteniendo
los registros adecuados.
2. Mantener permanentemente los equipos e
instalaciones, en su mejor estado para evitar los tiempos de
parada que aumentan los costos.
3. Efectuar las reparaciones de emergencia lo más
pronto, empleando métodos más fáciles de reparación.
4. Prolongar la vida útil de los equipos e instalaciones al
máximo.
5. Sugerir y proyectar mejoras en la maquinaria y equipos
para disminuir las posibilidades de daño y rotura.
6. Controlar el costo directo del mantenimiento mediante
el uso correcto y eficiencia del tiempo, materiales, hombres
