WHEREAS, due to insufficiency of fund, the body has to realign

Honorarium of ALS Teacher to Honorarium of Additional Lupong Tagapamayapa amounting to

WHEREAS, the budget had already approved, realignment of various item of the 2011 budget is
necessary to accommodate/raise the amount needed so that the said amount be legally allocated
and a resolution also be made to that effect;
