INTRODUCTION
A site visit, within the context of workplace health and safety, is a physical inspection or tour of
a workplace conducted by meil RO Safety team for the purpose of evaluating the employer’s
workplace health and safety program. During a site visit, RO Safety team may meet with the
workplace organization’s leadership, observe the work environment, collect data, and
implement corrective measures.

Objectives of site visit

 Measures. To observe that all the safety requirement are maintain and follow up
 to have a feel of how the condition of the office really if and how safety is a priority

Major Observation
1 1. No firefighting equipment’s is available in the entire building, (RO OFFICE) no fire
exit staircase In case of fire emergency there is no fire extinguishing media To
extinguish the fire no escape route are mention in building
 Immediately we need to install firefighting equipment’s in office premises

2. No first aid boxes. Available in office. Only one first aid box in security area and
it is not sufficient. So required more first aid boxes
 Provide sufficient no of first aid boxes

3. In car parking area battery room & electrical room are used as a store room all
the materials. Are stacked inside the room this leads to trip slip hazards, fire
electrocution may happens
 To avoid this Provide one store/stack yard to stack all the materials.

4. Ro office structure –most of our office structure exterior crack is forming in wall
and pillars there is a chance of flying particles and drop hazard
 Required re plastering and painting activity

5. Electrical & plumbing issues – most of the wiring is in unsafe manner water
leakages in office there is no maintenance in office building in 3rd floor premium
guest house water leakage and earthing is happening chances of electrocution
still not rectified
 Immediately required electrical /plumbing maintenance team
6. In mess hall top floor the house keeping room is congested with chemicals,Mep
item, electronic items and also water leakage is happening & it also obstruct the
electrical panels this may leads to arc explosion & fire
 Immediately shift all the materials from room use metal racks so this issues
may resolve
