SGP – Second Generation
Project Tengiz, Kazakhstan
• ENKA through its local entity Senimdi Kurylys jointly established with Bechtel
in November 2000 has successfully completed the Sour Gas Processing and
Injection Facilities for TCO with a manpower reaching 7,500 at peak with 85%
local (Kazakh) content.
• During construction of SGP ENKA has achieved 21,000,000 man-hours
without LTI .
Sakhalin II Project, Onshore
Processing Facility Sakhalin Island, Russia
• The construction of OPF was one of the most challenging projects
undertaken by ENKA due to the extreme climatic conditions, remote
geographical location and lack of infrastructure of Sakhalin Island of Russian
Federation.
• The Project has been successfully completed with 3,000 people at the peak
reaching 60% local content at 29 Million man-hours and achieved more than
10,000,000 man-hours without LTI.
OM-672887 Project and Common
Support Services (CSS Project) Tengiz, Kazakhstan
• OM Project undertaken by Enka - Bechtel JV (50/50%) comprising operation
and maintenance services in Petroleum Refinery.
• Second Generation Plant and Sour Gas Injection Plant has achieved 4,700,000
man-hours without LTI.
• The CSS Project comprising support services for the projects has achieved
7,200,000 man-hours without LTI.

Berezovskaya Coal Fired Power Plant Krasnoyarsk, Russia

• Scope: Erection of coal fired power plant boiler, in total 28.000 ton including
structural steel , pressure part , piping and rotating and static equipments.
• Achieved 9,600,000 man-hours and 913 days without LTI.
Muscat International Airport Muscat, Oman

• The overall scope of the project is to design and build a terminal building,
multi-storey parking, land side roads and elevated roads, support buildings,
terminal equipment (partial) for Muscat International Airport. The capacity is
12 million passengers per annum (mppa) extendable to 24 mppa and 36
mppa..
• During construction ENKA achieved 13,500,000 man-hours without LTI.
Kuntsevo Multifunctional Business Center Moscow, Russia

The shopping mall “Kapitoly – Kuntsevo”, which was put into operation in 1997 is
the first redevelopment Shopping Mall to be newly constructed as a mixed–use
project.
The most prestigious and innovative leisure, shopping, business, and residential
complex of Moscow, was honored with the Best Shopping Center 2015 Award
given by Russian Council of Shopping Centers (RCSC).
• The project has achieved 12,000,000 man-hours without LTI.

Blue City Phase-1 Muscat, Oman
• AECO (local company owned by ENKA & its partner AKTOR)”
• Scope: Design, procurement and construction of 5,459 apartments, 382 villas,
three 5-star hotels (with total 670 keys), shopping centers, public amenities,
and an 18 hole golf course of 800,000 m2 over an area of total 2.2 km2, until
the end of 2014 with a workforce of 8,000 people at the peak, comprising of
around 22 nationalities
• Achieved 11,000,000 man-hours and 1,193 days without LTI.
Croatian Motorway Bregana-Zagreb-Dubrovnik, Croatia

• The motorway connecting Croatia’s Dalmatian coast to the central and
western European motorway network and comprising 18 viaducts, 32
bridges, and 127 under- and overpasses involved 27 million cum of
excavation, 7.2 million tons of paving and 660,000 cum of concrete.
• During construction ENKA achieved 8,500,000 man-hours without LTI.
Albanian Motorway Rrëshen – Kalimash, Albania

• Albanian motorway designed and constructed by ENKA- BECHTEL joint-
venture is 60 km four-lane modern motorway stretching from the town of
Rrëshen in the middle of the country up to the north-eastern village of
Kalimash, in an extremely challenging environment.
• The project comprised 20 Millions m3 of rock excavation and filling,
construction of 5.5 km twin-bore tunnels and 29 bridges. 3,750 people have
been employed during peak times, two-thirds being local nationals.
• The project has achieved 7,000,000 man-hours without LTI.

Overview
Diversified business portfolio, in-house engineering and design capabilities along with
industrial plant operation experience add unique strengths and self-performing capacity to
ENKA, which rarely can be offered by any other companies.
ENKA performs design engineering, fabrication, construction and commissioning services in

the undertaken projects (EPCC, EPC, PC or C only) with in-house resources and on a direct
hire principle, always with continuous focus on safety, quality and schedule, thoroughly
understanding and aligning to the expectations of its clients. Only very limited specialist
work (if so requested by the clients or required skill is not available in-house) is
subcontracted to specialized subcontractors.
Through in-house management of the whole value chain, ENKA minimizes interface issues,
increases overall safety, quality & schedule management, adds considerable value to its
clients by completing undertaken projects safely, in time and with high quality, minimizing
the duration of commissioning and start-up, ensuring highest reliability of operation while

ENKA Engineering Energy Group has more than 35 years of experience and has completed many
projects in different countries.
ENKA Engineering Energy Group is located in Istanbul Headquarter and composed of around 70
design engineers that is expanded easily to 150 people through its network of partners and sub-
contractors.
ENKA Engineering Energy Group is handling all engineering and design activities for Power
Plants and Oil& Gas EPC projects executed by ENKA Construction & Industry Co. Inc.
ENKA Engineering Energy Group brings benefits of its experience to ENKA Construction &
Industry Co. Inc. and assure the overall success by designing world-class projects that meet and
even exceed quality, schedule and cost requirements.
The main and primary task of ENKA Engineering Energy Group is using “in-house” engineering
capabilities and design the Power Plants and Oil&Gas projects without having any external
service and support.

Organization Structure
ENKA Engineering Energy Group has a matrix organization that contains both project dedicated
teams and functional group personnel to execute the Projects together. Engineering Group
Manager (EGM) is the leader of whole group who has an extensive level of expertise and
experience acquired through the executed projects Starting from bidding process (Proposal
Engineering Stage), a Project Engineering Manager (PEM) is assigned to manage and coordinate
all the necessary engineering activities for the Project. PEM reports to EGM directly.
Engineering Group Supervisors (EGSs) coordinate the functional group tasks who produce the
design deliverables of the Project. Project Engineers (PEs) are dedicated to the specific Project
and are responsible for coordinating the design activities within the department while directly
reporting the status of the Project activities to the relevant PEM.

ENKA was awarded by Fluor Daniel Eurasia Inc. and Exxon Neftegas
Limited (ENL) in May 2005 with the contract for installation of
mechanical and piping systems, and the works were completed by the
end of October 2006, two months ahead of schedule.
Construction scope undertaken and completed by ENKA included:

SCPX Early Works and Facilities Project- Georgia

The existing South Caucasus Pipeline transports gas from
Azerbaijan to markets in Georgia and Turkey with a system
design capacity of 7.4 bcma. The South Caucasus Pipeline
Expansion (SCPX) will increase the capacity of the existing system
by approximately 16 bcma through a 48” diameter pipeline and
will connect to TANAP pipeline.
ENKA and Bechtel Joint Venture have been awarded the SCPX
Early Works and Facilities contract on 7 February 2014. The
client, SCP, is an international consortium whose shareholders
are BP – United Kingdom (%28.8), TPAO – Turkey (%9), SOCAR –
Azerbaijan (%16.7), Petronas - Malaysia (%15.5), Lukoil – Russia
(%10) and, NICO – Iran (%10). The Bechtel ENKA Joint Venture
scope under this contract comprise of all related early civil works
and construction of two compressor stations and a pressure
reduction and metering station at three different locations.
Construction of an 15 km Access Road between the existing
Millennium highway and the Second Compressor Station is also
in the early Works scope of the contract.

repairing works of the existing roads, etc for water pipeline
on the route of Zawia-Jadaim-Zahra-Maya-Sabratha-Ajailat
cities.
Total lenght of pipeline was 142,200 m.
