PROFESSIONAL HISTORY:
Leading supervisor of a technical work-center responsible for over 4200 pieces of equipment
with a 96% maintenance completion rate. Worked to modify the parts ordered to maximize
equipment repaired versus new equipment ordered. Qualifications include:

PROJECT MANAGEMENT
● Led a work-center in a full accomplishment of 1700 maintenance jobs, and
allowed for the removal, upgrade, and reinstallation of 47 critical pieces of
equipment restoring the system to 99% operability
● Ensured the close out of six section of a ship two weeks early. This
allowed an easier and required decommission of a ship with 190 spaces on board
TECHNICAL
● Installed and maintained a fire detection system ensuring all spaces onboard are
monitored so personnel could respond quickly if a fire was present
● Repaired a critical piece of equipment in minimum time to ensure the most
complex mission test in Naval history was successful.
COMPLEX PROBLEM SOLVER
● Given a task to try and repair a system that has been broken for nearly three years.
Spent nearly 6 hours dedicated for find the problem to the system and brought it
back to work order with a 95% accuracy.
