I went to a bible study after I stayed… instead of just leaving with my buddy Phil.
It talked about the Baptism of Christ in the Jordan river.

And the preacher kind of drew a picture of it for us and so we were imagining it in our
mind’s eye. And here was the Lord which I truly loved in childhood, but of course I
hadn’t obeyed and didn’t know about him in my heart and hadn’t heard His voice quite
like I should have and I see His head that I got so much from being a very young boy of
maybe 4 or 5 when I first saw His pierced hands… and I saw His going down under that
muddy, muddy water of the Jordan river.

And something shook me to the core. I was ashamed, which I think is what Paul talks
about Godly software that works repentance through repentances… comes from Saul.
And I ask the deacons and the preacher, “Can I be baptized tonight?” And they laughed
because they knew me. I’d done some carpentry work for some of them, they knew me
that I was just a kidder. And they said, “The Baptistry hasn’t been heated it’s very cold.”
And I said, “I don’t care.”

I think in my mind I thought it many times it’s almost as if I would have endured any
thing to get down under that water. I was so ashamed. And so they baptized me… well
all over just like Jesus did.

And dear friends of justice, it was the very next evening, the very next evening I walked
into the library and I hadn’t been in the library since I was a junior in high school. And
here was that beam of light and here was these books and here was faith, hope, and
charity, ???, prudence, fortitude, and justice. And the book was an encyclopedia of a
particular form of KNOWLEDGE you might call it… a VISION that someone had, had
from possibly the beginning of time. Something about LIBERTY, and HONOR, and a
system of GOVERNMENT that would protect the weak and prevent the strong and
arrogant from OPPRESSING us.

And I read those two books cover to cover… became very familiar with the words and
the concepts and I have NEVER BEEN THE SAME.

So when we come back after the break I want to share with you something very special
and dear to my heart… “THE DECLARATION OF THE AMERICAN JUSTICE

I want to share that with you, and again I pray that there some of you out there who care
enough to get involved and understand the VALUE of what I will share with you now and
that you will want to support this. And as they say in church, “with your prayers and
financially”, but nobody wants to hear that.

Well, here’s some light for the dark, dark world. Light that uh… right now can’t shine
very far because there’s not much oil for lamp. I’ll tell you a little bit more of the story
ok first.

It’s twelve more years after that day in the library before I decided to go to law school…
twelve years. During those twelve years I read DICTIONARIES. I read books by
Marcus Aurelius, William Penn, George Washington, uh… I read some of Jefferson, John
Adams, Ben Franklin, Paine, and a whole lot of other books by those people that had that
peculiar VISION of the world that isn’t run by ??? and a world that is run by carpenters,
automobile mechanics, and the single moms. A world that has not yet come into being as
it should. But that’s the vision and as I say it probably from the beginning of time. I
don’t belong to their clan or whatever you might want to call it… decided not to do that
because I spoke to old gentleman once who was a member of their clan, a very important
member of the clan, if I could call them a clan… a body we’ll call them. ??? ???? ???...
and he wept in my presence telling me, “Iit is no longer what it once was.”

And it made him weep and he was probably as old as I now or maybe even older… a
very important person in that Order, but it’s not what it used to be. It’s almost as if they
have this TREASURE that I found in those two leather-bound books, where I began to
find it there. But there was something more that I had thought of before… more
important than the things I had thought of. There was something that transcended
politics, transcended all these competing ideas, transcended all these doctrines and
disagreements. Something that had, you may have heard called, “The Ring Of Truth”.

I read page after page after thousands of pages literally during those twelve years and it
was A RING OF TRUTH. And then I picked up a paperback by that fellow that wrote
“The Great Planet Earth” Hal Lindsey and I read that for a while until I found that there
was something that did NOT have the RING OF TRUTH where he said something that
he did not know to be true and I threw the book away. I decided then and there during
those years that if it did NOT have the RING OF TRUTH I didn’t want to be bothered
with it. So I didn’t read it.

But as I read these old books written by or for people who were part of this Order that I
had never joined, but that I know all about… I kept FINDING the RING OF TRUTH. It
was sweet, it was precious, it filled me with an ENERGY, a DESIRE. And the more I
read and the older I got I realized something had been planted inside of me and it had
been planted that night I was baptized. I didn’t know it then, but you see, I began to
know it that next afternoon when I looked at that lady that was illustrated whose name
was JUSTICE. She had a pan it was very peculiar, a balance pan, and one arm of the
balance pan was shorter than the other and yet there was more weight in that pan so the
balance was still balanced somehow.

I studied and studied and looked for the symbols in all those pictures and years later,
twelve years later, they made a mistake and let me go to law school. They admitted me to
law school and somehow I passed the BAR and have struggled for twenty-seven years to
find fellowship with others who could help me PROMOTE JUSTICE.

And aside from my dear sweet wife and to some extent the wonderful people at LOGOS
RADIO and my fabulous programming friend from India Ms Shabb it’s pretty much us,
no one else. But then LIGHT does come into the world and men do without darkness.
But here’s the LIGHT… a DECLARATION OF TRUST entitled “AMERICAN
JUSTICE FOUNDATION”.

We now have that registered trademark “AMERICAN JUSTICE FOUNDATION”.

And I guess part of my prayer tonight we’ll go through this after the break. I think part of
my prayer is that someone out there cares… someone will come alongside and see that
the AMERICAN JUSTICE FOUNDATION grows. That it survives, that it goes on, that
if I can’t carry it anymore because I’m getting a little tired carrying this for 42 years by
myself with no help but from my sweet wife and few other people, but mainly just my
wife and I, my programmer friend and nice people like Deborah.

AMERICAN JUSTICE FOUNDATION what good we can do, how much really we
could do. And I’ll share it from the DECLARATION after the break.

But right it’s just a piece of paper signed and filed… signed the 21st Day of November
2008… the 21st of November in the year of our Lord 2008 and filed in the public records
in Martin County Florida… over four years ago… and no help yet. But it’s here. It could
be used, I pray it will be used by people who… who care,.. about America, who care
about our children, who care about the future, who care about the dreams that William
Penn had.

See William Penn, whose name they used for Pennsylvania, which means Penn’s
Forest… he knew what we were doing and he knew it was something that was dreamed
of by that Order that I mentioned to you. He called it a HOLY EXPERIMENT. It was
an experiment. Washington called it the GRAND EXPERIMENT. And so few of you,
bless your hearts forgive me, but so few of you have any idea the precious thing that you
will lose.

Okay, we’re back again and uh… now I will share with you I guess what amounts to the
GOAL of my life’s work. Hmm… kind of silly isn’t it? Three-Score and Ten… here we
go…

Well, here it is… I can’t read it all it’s eight pages but I want to read the parts that I pray
will touch the hearts and minds and bring some enthusiasm and actually purpose to some
of you who see the VALUE of what’s being offered. You know as I read this to you I will
tell you that I have no idea who wrote this. I typed it, it came out of my fingers there was
no one else in the room, but I don’t know where it came from. I believe I know where it
came from, but the man talking to you tonight is not this smart. But here it is…

AMERICAN JUSTICE FOUNDATION A DECLARATION OF TRUST

For value, the undersigned trustors hereby declare a trust entitled AMERICAN
JUSTICE FOUNDATION, hereinafter “The Foundation.”

For the purpose of organizing and empowering individuals to promote a unifying

knowledge, understanding, and faith in the guiding doctrine and foundational
principle of American Justice… which is that all persons are created beings
endowed with inalienable rights derived from our creator by whatever name
various religious of history choose to identify the unseen hand that orders our
universe.

Article 1. Purpose.

It is the fundamental purpose of this trust and “The Foundation” formed hereby
to inculcate and restore in the minds of all people the wisdom that recognizes that
rule of law governments limited by the due process power of the people are
impossible where those who wield the power of government seek to limit or deny
the proper place of deity in government and by so doing deny the people’s
inherent rights, the protection of which being the only legitimizing purpose for
establishing and sustaining government province.

To affect this purpose “The Foundation” formed by this trust is dedicated to

educate all the peoples of our planet in the landmark principles of justice, and the
practices of due process, and application of juridical principles pursuant to the
rule of law that make justice and the goal of “The Foundation’s” purpose
possible.

This trust shall remain irrevocable as to its purposes, terms, and conditions
herein stated.
Article 2. Religious Benefit.

“The Foundation” is bound by this declaration of trust to provide the religious

benefit of promoting “God in government” advocating for the continuance of
America’s national motto “In God we trust” advancing public knowledge of the
religious, historical, philosophical, and political reality commonly known as
“God” and providing the people of America and the world with practical
knowledge of the rule of law and due process power necessary to peacefully affect
the purpose of the foregoing.

In this regard “The Foundation” exists to perform all activities generally

recognized as religious functions in the exception that it will not seek to impose
any particular schismatic or denominational limit on the public vision of God, but
will zealously advocate against the misguided efforts of those who insist the
concept of God has no place in government.

It is the unflinching position of “The Foundation” that the legal premise of our
Creator set out in our nation’s “Declaration Of Independence” is essential to
good government and indispensable as a jurisprudential impediment against the
error of oligarchy that would otherwise assert that human rights are nothing more
than privileges granted by those who wield the power of government,

It is “The Foundation’s” uncompromising tenet that the persistent tendency of

governments to devolve into despotism cannot be effectively deterred where the
people(???) have no legal predicate by which to claim inherent and indeed self
evident rights above and beyond power of government to regulate or constrain,

Therefore, the principle religious benefit provided by “The Foundation” is that

religious knowledge by which all souls may be united in the premise that we are
indeed created beings endowed with rights by Deity and not by whatever form of
government may at the moment hold our beings under the force of law by physical
power or legal constraint.

Human kind is more than a mere political entity born to serve the collective.
Governments have no inherent rights. Governments are mechanisms granted
certain powers and authorities by the people for the sole purpose of protecting
the inherent God given rights of the people. Each of whom being a soul ??? for
the purpose of enjoying the inalienable rights of life, liberty, and the pursuit of
happiness along with many other inherent rights that are clearly self evident to
every reasonable minded person.

In providing this religious benefit “The Foundation” purposes to be a bulwark

against that persistent tendency of governments to devolve into despotism and
demands to be treated as the religious organization it is free from any
 governmental restriction that would hamper its efforts to influence legislation or
further the efforts of those similarly minded to seek public office.

A purpose without a method, no matter how laudable the purpose, is a futile

endeavor. Our purpose also has method providing religious benefit
aforementioned by equipping the people with a practical knowledge of the rule of
law and the mechanisms of due process that provide power to affect lasting
change and perpetuate peace for future generations.

Article 3. Tenets.

“The Foundation” will do all in its power to unify mankind in the knowledge that
the Creator of whom our inalienable rights derive is the ineffable spirit succinctly
described by the Hebrew Tetragrammaton. The “Is” that was and always shall
be, the Creator of everything, the Grand Architect of the universe. This is not to
say in any way that “The Foundation” intends to further the unique views of any
religious sect or denomination. For to Taoists the Creator is the nameless Tao,
the Muslims the Creator is called Ala, and to Christians the Creator is most often
referred to simply as God, though God is not a name of God.

The difficulties arising from our loss of God in government derive from our
collective ignorance caused primarily by the widely varied views of Deity
promoted by the multiplicity of historic religions each acting out of self interest to
promote their unique view of God in contradistinction to the views of other
religions instead of agreeing that the God of all religions is one God… the same
God as seen through many eyes and called by many names.

This self interest to professional religionists provides the atheist agenda

unassailable grounds to object. Seeing each religion demands that their God be
the God in whom our nation trusts rather than confessing that ??? of all religions
is beyond the purview of any particular sect denomination.

A substantial portion of “The Foundation’s” purpose is to pierce the confusion

and heal the division caused by the varied public and private views of that which
cannot be divided the ineffable force that holds the stars in space, binds atoms,
and gives babies life within their mothers’ wombs.

When we come back after the break, God willing, I’ll read as much of this as I can and
uh… I pray some of you will care enough to help us.

I’ll finish a little bit more with the trust… and beg, and pray, and do all I can hoping
someone will come along and take some of this burden from me and give me some
assurance that this will have been worthwhile. It certainly seems like a worthwhile thing
to me.
 The Father to whom Christ Jesus urges followers to pray is the same God as the
Great Spirit of the plains Indians… the God in whom all wise nations should trust
and fear, the provider of every bounty, the sustainer of life, and the Logos that
determines the destiny of both men and nations. Though every sect of historical
religion has its private view of Deity there is yet a single view that transcends
every separate opinion.

It is this paramount view of Deity we purpose to promote for the sake of future
generations who would otherwise be divested of their inherent rights to life,
liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.

The evil that seeks to destroy human life, liberty, and happiness in the name of
national security for the public good is the lie that our Creator is the private
property or province of any particular religious sect or denomination.

I want to read that sentence again…

The evil that seeks to destroy human life, liberty, and happiness in the name of
national security for the public good is the lie that our Creator is the private
property or province of any particular religious sect or denomination.

This lie suggests that government power can be used to secure the people’s safety
and prosperity without acknowledging that the people are endowed with certain
rights by our Creator God, rights that must never be subordinate to the will of
those who wield the power of government.

Article 4. Corollary Purposes.

In furtherance of the aforementioned fundamental purpose “The Foundation”

will promote more widespread public understanding of the rule of law of direct
corollary to the premise that human rights derive from God and not from
permissive consent of institutional government.

The rule of law is fundamental to preserving God in government because it stands

against the imposition of impudent men for self interested motive by those who
wielding government power.

It is impossible to protect human rights where the rule of law has been supplanted
by the demand of leaders insisting that exigent circumstances have other daunting
and severe(???) require that men be given ultimate and unfettered control over
the will of the people.

Promoting the rule of law therefore, is essential to promoting the primary purpose
of this Foundation.
 Indeed, preservation of rue of law is impossible where leadership denies the place
of God in government. For either God is the author of our human rights, or men
in power may further their self interests at our expense without any help or
redress whatsoever.

The very concept of the rule of law goes hand-in-hand with the doctrine that
human rights are God endowed. To work for one is to work for the other. We
have no choice therefore but to labor resolutely to protect our way of life by
urging humanity to take an enlightened stand to the rule of law.

To the same end, a second corollary to the view that human rights derive from
God and not from the permissive consent of institutional government, is the
concept of due process by which each of us may demand to be heard, to call
witnesses, to make a public record of our grievances, to present evidence, and to
require those entrusted with the power of government to secure our God given
rights through the exercise of force.

Promoting the primary purpose of this Foundation therefore requires that “The
Foundation’s” assets be used to publish and teach not only the philosophical and
jurisprudential underpinnings of due process, but that it also equip people to
effectively exercise due process in the courts so that our fundamental purpose has
a practical tool by which our primary rights(???) may be secured for our future
generations.

“The Foundation” will teach the rules of court and the fundamental principles of
our American jurisprudence so that the people at large may understand and use
the legal mechanisms by which justice is secured and the doctrine of God in
government shall be preserved.

As its influence grows “The Foundation” will use all legal means available to
promote the candidacy of individuals and the enactment of legislation consonant
with “The Foundation’s” tenets and stated purposes without limitation as part of
its religious benefit to the people.

Now I’ll skip “Article 5: Scope” and I’ll read “Article 6: Beneficiaries”…

Article 6. Beneficiaries.

The initial beneficiaries of this trust include all members of the United States
Congress, all justices of the United States Supreme Court, the president of the
United States, every soul who seeks to restrain governments from the corruption
unbridled power breeds, and without limitation the American people, and all who
 appeal to us for instruction and guidance in pursuing change for the better in
their local state and federal governments.

The trustors direct the trustees to ameliorate suffering wherever the wise(???)
administration of this trust and its assets permits having a prescience toward the
future of the trust and its continuance so not to unnecessarily or prematurely
eviscerate the trust’s efficacy by precipitous acts however well intentioned.

And there is a “Second Duration” which talks about the distressed world… expires in 360
years… I’ll just excerpt this for you… okay…

“The Foundation however, shall continue indefinitely by formation of subsequent

trusts similarly constituted. That the trustees shall deem to be entitled to receive
the assets of this trust upon condition that such subsequent declare by
indissoluble terms to continue the purposes and missions of “The Foundation”…

and so forth…
