REQUEST FOR DR CHARLES WARETO BE OUR PERMANENT LECTURER

We are group S2 (IDPESC) 2014 which are organized by BPG, KPM and JPN Negeri Sembilan. We
heard from DR CHARLES WARE that he will be transferred to a new IDPESC camp other state in action to
replace other lecturer. For your information , we had try our level best to adapt DR CHARLES WARE
lecturing style for the past 3 weeks and we more convenient with his teaching methodology now. After
we heard this bad news, all of our class members feel sad and demoralize.

2. If these replacements happen with a new lecturer, we worried an unexpected failure rate will happen
in the middle of this IDPESC course. If we get a new lecturer from your side, we need to adopt again
from this new lecturer and continue our studies.

3. We do not like to sacrifice our future in this middle of course by replacement with a new lecturer.
Therefore, we would like to request and demand to you do not transfer out our lecturer Dr Charles
Ware but request him to be our permanent lecturer till end of this course. This is because we are more
comfortable and concentrate our study with DR CHARLES WARE teaching methodology. At the same
time, changing the lecturer will demotivate all of the participants.

4. We hope our request will be consider by UNITED STATES SPORTS ACADEMY (MALAYSIA).
