COMPROMISE AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Compromise Agreement executed this May 9, 2018 in San Fernando

City, La Union, by and among:

CLARITO AYEM y Apilado, of legal age, married, with residence at

Brgy. Brgy. Inmanduyan, Laoac, La Union, Philippines, and hereinafter referred
to as the FIRST PARTY;

and

JINKY NARCIDA y Cabansag, of legal age, single and with residence at

Purok 7, Brgy. Langcuas, San Fernando City, La Union, Philippines, and
hereinafter referred to as the SECOND PARTY represented by her sister,
DESIRIE DE GUZMAN y Narcida, also of legal age, married and with
residence at Purok 7, Brgy. Langcuas, San Fernando City, La Union, Philippines;

WITNESSETH: THAT

WHEREAS, the FIRST PARTY and the SECOND PARTY are had a
relationship;

WHEREAS said relationship bore a child named JHAYRENCE CLARK

NARCIDA;

WHEREAS the FIRST PARTY acknowledged paternity of the above-

mentioned child;

WHEREAS the SECOND PARTY would like the FIRST PARTY to

contribute also to the support of the above-mentioned child;

WHEREAS, the parties are desirous of settling the issue of support over
their two children to avoid a long and costly litigation;

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing premises, the

parties hereby undertake as follows:

1. Both parties agrees that the child named JHERENCE CLARK NARCIDA
would need support from his parents;

2. The FIRST PARTY will give an amount of Php4,000.00 monthly his

contribution for the support of JHERENCE CLARK NARCIDA to be given
as follows:
a. Php2,000.00 to be given on or before the 15 th day of the month;
and
b. Php2,000.00 to be given on or before the last day of the month;

3. The SECOND PARTY will also shoulder similar amount or whatever

amount needed to complete the support to be extended to JHERENCE
CLARK NARCIDA;

4. The FIRST PARTY will be given visitation rights over JHERENCE CLARK
NARCIDA especially on weekends and holidays; and

 5. This agreement will from time to time be evaluated and revised that
would adhere to the amount of support necessary for the needs of
JHERENCE CLARK NARCIDA at a given point in time.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto set their hand this May
9, 2018 in San Fernando City, La Union, Philippines.
