Application for Merit Scholarship

SolBridge allocates a limited number of Scholarships for academic superiority every academic year to qualified students.

GUIDELINES
Students must be admitted to SolBridge without condition, as a regular student. They
Eligibility: must have met the Standard English proficiency criteria and demonstrated exceptional
academic performance in their last academic experience.
Conditions: A copy of an acceptable English proficiency test score must accompany this application.
Amount: Successful applicants may receive a tuition grant equal in amount from 10 – 80% of the
annual tuition fee.
Award Date: Applicants who have been awarded a scholarship will be informed in the Letter of
Acceptance they receive.

*Includes Dormitory fees for 9 months, Mon-Fri - breakfast at the Dormitory cafeteria, 2 meals per day
in SolBridge complex and Sat-Sun 3 meals per day at dormitory cafeteria, and no meals during 10 week
intersession. Fees may vary slightly depending upon dormitory choice.

Affidavit:
I understand that the scholarship I am applying for is for the first year of my studies
only. If I desire a scholarship for the second or additional year of study, I understand
that I need to re-apply and compete for any future scholarship. I also understand that
if I am granted a 50% (or greater) scholarship, I may be asked to provide some service
to the university for up to 10 hours per week without payment.

Form with special attention given to the provision of information on pages 2, 9 & 10.
Incomplete data will delay award of scholarship requests. Make certain the documents
