Dr. Fixit Pidipart 55 E is a concentrated mould or shuttering release agent. This water-diluted liquid is suitable for use with
all types of moulds and formwork of concrete including wood, steel, etc. For easy release / stripping of hardened concrete
etc.

METHOD OF APPLICATION:
Mix concentrated Dr. Fixit Pidipart 55 E with recommended quantity of water in a clean container (1 ltr DR. Dr. Fixit
Pidipart 55 E: 5 ltr of water) and thoroughly stir. Apply on the formwork with a brush, roller or a spraying. Allow the
formwork to dry and cast concrete.
Used or rusted metal equipments must be cleaned thoroughly by wire brushing or treating with emery paper. Apply only
1 coat except on untreated timber where 2 coats may be required in the concrete finish. Excess application of emulsion
may cause "bugholes" or imperfections in the concrete finish.

PRECAUTIONS & LIMITATIONS :

• Dr. Fixit Pidipart 55 E should not be added in dry mixes under any circumstances
• Coverage depends on type and condition of shuttering plates
• Dr. Fixit Pidipart 55 E is non-toxic and inflammable. When in contact with skin, wash with clean water.
