In a vessel just put 1 spoon sugar and caramalize it.
Add the batter to the vessel.
Steam it for 13-15min

Chicken chukka varuval
In a pan add oil, jeera, 3 slit red chillies, ginger garlic paste, half kg chicken
(cut into small pieces), turmeric powder, red chilly powder, coriander powder,
salt... sprinkle some water every 5 mins and close the pan so that the chicken gets
cooked well... once it's cooked... add 2 finely chopped tomatoes, 10 crushed garlic
pods, 1 tsp of crushed saunf n a handful of curry leaves.. keep it on stove for
five minutes...
Note... chicken is done when d oil separates from it and the chicken should be
dry....

Thakkali kuzhambhu/tangy tomato gravy

In a pan, add oil, saunf, 6 red chillies, 2tsp fried gram, half tsp poppy seeds, 4
small onions, 5 Bangalore tomatoes or 3 natty tomatoes, 3tsp grated coconut n salt.

Roast the above, cool n grind it to a fine paste in a mixie..


In a pan add oil ,bay leaf , the ground paste n little water... bring it to boil n
switch off d stove when the oil separates from f gravy...

It goes well with rice, roti n even idly...

Bombay masala toast
10 slices of bread, 1 cucumber, 1 Bangalore tomato, 1 big onion, 5 cheese slices, 2
boiled n peeled potatoes n green chutney

Green chutney:
Grind a handful of coriander , a handful of mint, 1 bit ginger, 1 green chilly n
salt with little water... transfer to a bowl n add 3 tsp if lemon juice to it.

In a pan add oil, jeera, curry leaves, 1 finely chopped onion, salt n smashed
potatoes. Fry for a minute...

In cooker add

mustard seeds
ulutham paruppu
jeera
red chillies
Curry leaves
Onions( either big or small)
Tomato or tamarind extract
Turmeric powder n salt
Ridge gourd (peeled n cut)
Keep for 2 or 3 whistles
Once d pressure goes away smash it well n serve it with idly or dosa or idiyappam.
Even wit rice it goes well

Veg clear soup
Blanch broccoli like cauliflower...
Add 2 tsp of corn flour to a glass of water...
In a pan add little oil, stir fry 10 minced garlic, 1 cut green chilly, 1 chopped
carrot, few cut cabbage leaves for 2 minutes n add salt... add water to it when
it comes to boil. Then add blanched broccoli.
Now add corn flour mix to it n allow it to boil for 2 -3 minutes.
Finally garnish with coriander leaves n pepper powder...

Cook green peas in boiled water.
In a pan add oil, a bit of ginger, 10 garlic pods, half green chilly, 2 big onions,
3 tomatoes, salt, turmeric pwdr, chilly powder n coriander powder. Roast these
items well. Allow it to cool. Make a fine paste of it in a mixer.
In a pan add oil, 1 tsp of jeera, boiled green peas n ground paste with little
water. Allow it to boil till the raw smell goes off...
Goes well with Chappati n veg pulav

Paste panna -mixla tomatoes 2,garlic 4 to 5,sombu 1teaspoon,pottu kadalai 2
teaspoon,cashew 4 to 5, grind well keep aside.then take a pan pour oil then add
mustard seeds curry leaves fry well then add black channa 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
powder, chilli powder,sambar powder then mix it well then add that paste mix well
for 5 mins then add little tamarind water mix well then pressure cook for 7 to 8
whistle. Thats all

Take ample amount of water in a wide vessel n allow it to boil vry nicely...when it
had boiled add required salt n one or two teaspoon of oil in f water n add d
macoroni..n it ll gt cooked in 7-10mins....but kp stirring occasionally oderwise it
ll bcum clusters.....then strain d water n cool d macoroni wit running water so dat
the heat is let out. ..
Kp it aside..n cut lots of onion tomatoes ginger garlic paste or ginger n garlic
chopped as per ur wish. Then saute all dis..but frst make tadka out of mustard
seeds uriddal n a pinch of saunf...then add veg to b sautéed. ..then put ur usual
masalas...turmeric chilli powder salt sambar powder acc.to ur taste or else if u
hav kolambu powder u can put dat also..I hav home made kolambu masala so I put
dat..lots of oil is needed tp b sauteed...so dat wen u mix d macoroni it doesnt gt
stuck up wit d vessel...anyways let it b a nonstick kadai. Aftr d masalas blend add
d cooled macaroni in it n mix it well till all d masalas is into it n switch off d
gas... u can garnish it wit coriander leaves... don't add dhaniya powder to d
masalas..it wont taste gud.. let d onions not b chopped very finely..so dat it
gives a crunchy tastw

Chicken kuzhambhu padaippu style
In a cooker add 3 tsp of oil, saunf, fenugreek, curry leaves, 1 bit of crushed
ginger, 10 crushed garlic pods, 15 small onions, 2 tomatoes fry till raw smell goes
off. Then add 1/2 kg chicken, 4 tsp of kuzhambhu powder, 2 tsp of coriander powder,
salt n 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder, add desired measure of water n allow it to get
cooked for 5 whistles...

Pressure cook 1/4 kg Seppangilangu for a whistle. Peel the skin and slice it.
In a bowl mix sliced Seppangilangu with 1 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 2
tsp chilly powder and 1 tsp rice powder(pacharisi Maavu).
In a pan add 6 tsp of oil, mustard, urad dhal, crushed garlic, curry leaves and the
Seppangilangu mix. Fry it for 10 mins. No need of adding water.
It goes with curd rasam n Sambhar rice.
It tastes like dry fish varuval...

Green chillies
Steam them with salt for one or two whistles then grind carrot peas coriander
leaves. Now removes the onions, garlic n green chillies. In the steamed water add
the grinded paste wit required salt n pepper.

In a pressure pan... add 4 tsp of oil, cinnamon, clove, bayleaf, 1 chopped onion, 1
chopped tomato, 2 finely chopped carrots, 10 finely chopped beans, 1 finely chopped
capsicum, salt, bit of turmeric powder, (paste of 2 green chilly, ginger, garlic, 6
mint leaves, 3 coriander leaves), 1 cup of coconut milk n 1 cup of water.. when
water boils, add 1 cup of rice to it... close d pan.. put on weight once it
steams... keep in simmer for 7 minutes...

In a mixing bowl, mix sliced n deseeded bitter gourd, salt, turmeric powder, chilly
powder, 3 tsp of curd... marinate it for 1/2 an hour...
Deep fry it in a pan of oil.

Adding curd reduces d bitterness of it...

If we take it once in a week, no need of taking albendazole half yearly...

Children loves it thinking chips...

In cooker add raw rice 1 cup n toor dal 1/2 cup wit turmeric powder n salt.
Dry roast n grind bengal gram 1 tbsp, split urud dal 1 tbsp, jeera, very lil
fenugreek seeds, cinnamon(1/2 inch), cloves.

In a seperate pan add ghee/oil,


onion,carrot,potato,beans,peas,capsicum,pumpkin,brinjal,drumstuck then sprinkle
salt , red chilli powder, coriander powder, roasted powder n coconut paste.
Water n ghee can be added as required.

Mushroom masala:
In a pan add oil, 1tsp pepper, 1 tsp jeera, 1/4 tsp saunf, 1 tsp raw
rice(pacharisi), 2 red chilly, 10 small onions, 1 tomato, 1 tsp coriander powder.
Roast well. Cool it and grind to a fine paste.

ground paste, little water to it. Allow it to boil till oil separates out...
Garnish with coriander leaves...
It goes well with Chappati idly n dosa

pan add 1spoon ghee n oil then add birinji leaf then add onions fry well then grind
mint 1bowl,green chillies 3 to 4 cashew few,giner n garlic grind these all n add

n water pressure cook for 3 whistle n 5mins.

Muttai udaithu ootria kuzhambhu..../broken egg gravy

Grind 4 tsp grated coconut, 1 tsp fried gram, 1/2 tsp kasa kasa, 2 cashews, 1 tsp
saunf, 5 red chilly, 1 tomato, 1/2 tsp Sambhar powder in a mixie...

In a pan add oil, clove, cinnamon, bay leaf, saunf, curry leaves, 1 chopped onion,
1 chopped tomato, salt, turmeric powder, ground paste, water....
When the gravy boils, simmer the stove, broke and pour the eggs one by one so that
they don't mix together. Close d pan n allow it to get cooked for 10 minutes...
test the egg with a fork... once cooked switch it off.

It goes well with rice idly dosa Chappati

Don't use laddle once the egg is poured into the gravy... u can shake d vessel once
or twice to mix the gravy with the egg...

Vazhakkai karuvatu varuval:

Peel the skin and cut the raw banana cross wise. Boil water along with turmeric
powder and salt. Put the raw banana into the boiled water and close it with a lid.
Switch off d stove.. strain d water completely after 10 mins.

Deep fry the raw banana in a pan of little oil.

Now in a bowl mix this fried raw banana along with salt n chilly powder.

In the remaining oil add saunf, mustard, urad dhal, curry leaves, crushed garlic,
chilly powder coated rawbanana. Fry it well...

It goes well with Sambhar curd n rasam rice...

Soak green gram dal and little raw rice (for dosa to b crispy) for 4 to 5 hours.
Grind the dal wit ginger, cumin seeds, red chillies n salt.. the batter should not
be very watery. Before making dosa saute chopped onions n green chillies and add
them while making dosa.

Mutton gravy

Grind 4 tsp grated coconut, 1 tsp kasakasa, 1 piece of ginger, 1 tsp of fried gram
with little water and keep it aside.

In a pan add oil, 15 small onions, 1 tomato, 20 garlic pods , 1 tablespoon of


chilly powder, 3 tsp of coriander powder... roast well , cool n grind it into a
fine paste...

Cook mutton along with salt n turmeric powder for 10 whistles.

Now in a pan add oil, cloves, cinnamon ,bayleaf , ground paste 1 n 2 and cooked
mutton.... boil well... garnish with coriander....

It goes well with rice idly dosa roti

Now in d cooker saute oil, lil ghee, bay leaf, cloves, cinnamon, cardamom, fennel
seeds , onion , grinded paste, tomato, cooked mutton, 2 spoons thick curd, n use d
mutton stock instead of water.. add rice.. cook for 2 whistles

Kesari..

Boil 1 and 1/2 glass of water in a sauce pan.

In a pan roast 1/2 cup of rava in 1 tablespoon of oil simultaneously ... when rava
turns golden brown add boiling water into it... allow It to get cooked for 5 to 10
minutes...
Switch off d stove an d add 1 cup of sugar to the cooked rava without lumps...
Place d pan on the stove and add( Kesari colour dissolved in water) , cook for 10
minutes...
Add roasted cashew n raisins in ghee to it...

Kodhumai ravai payasam

Grind 1/4 cup of wheat rava for 1 pulse...

In a pan roast ground wheat rava in 2 tsp of ghee. Add 4 glasses of boiled milk
when the wheat rava turns golden brown... allow it to get cooked for 10 mins... add
1/2 cup of sugar to it... allow it to boil for 5 mins...

Add ghee roasted cashew cardamom n raisins to it...

can try.. cook the rice first wit salt n few drops of oil for it not to get sticky.
Then chop the veggies into very small size like carrots, beans, cabbage, peas,
capsicum n if u wish panner or egg. Then chop onions , green chillies , spring
onions n garlic. Now in a big pan pour oil n fry the garlic first then add onion
green chillies spring onions n all veggies .. veggies shud not get overcooked it
shud b crunchy. Pour soy sauce.. too much soy sauce wil make it very sour so lil by
lil u can pour n mix it up .. then I added tomato sauce u can add if u need tat
tomato flavour. Then pepper powder n salt.. now add the cooked rice to it .. keep
on low flame n mix up everythin well.. its ready

tsp,after cumin seeds sizzle s,add thinly sliced onions and saute until it turns
golden brown, add tomatoes, green chillies and saute for few minutes. Add Ginger

chilli powder, turmeric powder, briyani masala powder, garam masala powder, and
salt. Saute well on low medium flame until raw flavour goes.add curd and cook for

rice in cooker.when rice s three fourths done reduce heat and cook for 5 min.
Prepare egg for egg briyani: pour the eggs in pan and scramble.add tumeric,red

fry.add mint and coriander leaves.off the stove and mix eggs wit mint leaves. At

grind it into a fine paste once it gets cooled...

now in a sauce pan boil 3 cups of milk along with 1/2 cup of sugar... add this
carrot paste and allow it to boil till the raw smell goes off... add cardamom
powder ,ghee roasted cashews n raisins to it...

carrot cheer is done... u can chill it and serve or have it warm...

tomato, ggp, salt, ground paste, 2 tsp of coriander powder.. cook until raw smell

Now add this cooked chicken along with the water... allow it to boil for 10 mins...

Pressure cook toor dal with turmeric powder and water.

Preparing Sambhar:

In a pan add oil, mustard, fenugreek, curry leaves, carrot, drumstick, chow chow,
radish, beans, salt, 1 tsp of Sambhar powder n tamarind extract... add cooked dal n
water and allow it to boil...

Dry roast 3 tsp dry coriander, 5 red chillies, 1 tsp asafoetida, 2 tsp urad dal, 2
tsp Bengal gram, 1 tsp methi n salt. Grind coarsely...

Add this powder to the boiling Sambhar n switch it off...

Pressure cook 1/2 cup of rice with 2 cups of water. Once pressure is released add 4
tsp of gingelly oil to the cooked rice and smash well when it's hot... now add
prepared Sambhar generously to the cooked rice...

Bisibellabath ready...

Note.. prepare Sambhar first and smash the rice when it's hot and mix the Sambhar
immediately after smashing... otherwise u will get lumps... rice qty should be
lesser than Sambhar

Cut 1 big onion, 1 tomato, 1 green capsicum and paneer into cubes...

In a bowl add these cubes, 1 tsp chilly powder, 1 tsp garam masala, half tsp
turmeric powder, 1 tsp pepper powder , 1 tsp jeera powder, ginger garlic paste, 4
tsp of curd and mix well... marinate for an hour...
Arrange these cubes in a toothpick..
In a tawa... apply butter or oil and place these tikkas... turn them to get cooked
on all sides...

In a pan fry red chillies, jeera, peppercorns, garlic and grind them.

can add 1/2 cup dal or even lesser. Pour a little more water than the usual. Now
add the grinded powder n cook for 3 whistles. Finally garnish it with coriander.

Mix all the below ingredients:
2 boiled potato.
1 cup of course grounded corn which has been boiled.
1 tspoon pepper powder.
1/2 tspoon gram masala.
2 tspoon a of cornflour.
2-3 tspoon of bread crumbs.
1/4 tspoon ginger garlic paste.
2 chillies finely grounded.
2 tspoon of lime juice.
1 cup of grated cheese.
Finely chopped coriander.
And add salt to taste.
You can add oregano for taste.

Make small round shape patties. Dip the patties in rava so that it acts like a
covering.

Then, either deep/ shallow fry the patties.

This may serve as an amazing starter or snack!!!

Soak 1/4 cup of toor dal and 1/8 cup of Bengal gram in water for 1 hour...

Grind these dals along with 6 red chillies and 1 tsp of saunf coarsely....

In a thick bottomed pan add 1 Tbsp of oil, saunf, urad dhal, curry leaves, 1
chopped onion, 1 cup of finely chopped vazhaipoo, salt, turmeric powder... fry for
2 minutes... then add ground dal mixture... add oil to the sides of the mixture if
required.. cook it for 20 minutes covering with a lid... stir occasionally
simmering the flame... once done switch off d stove n allow it to cool... mince the
kola with laddle to make it separate...

Note: always keep d flame low... else it will be burnt... add oil inbetween to get
d correct texture...

65g cooking butter unsalted,
half cup sugar,
1 egg ,
1 cup plain flour,
little baking soda,
little ground cinnamon,
1/3 milk

In a bowl mix butter ,sugar, egg and beat well. First add little milk and flour to
the mixture and stir we'll without any lumps and add the remaining flour n milk
with the bakin soda n mix well. Finally add the ground cinnamon. Take a round bowl
coat them with butter and pour the mixture in it. If its a conventional oven
preheat it to 180 degree and bake the cake for 20 - 25 mins. Or u can try making it
with cooker (steaming).

In a pan pour ghee , and add the aadikul flour. Stir well until color changes.
Right amount of stirring will give better color and taste.
Simultaneously in a separate pan add sugar to the watee and boil it. Stir
continuously till sugar melts. Switch off this stove alone once done. Now dd this
hot sugar water to the pan with fried aadikul .Stir continously till it thickens
and doesnt stick on pan. Once its n molten state , remove and add ghee little on
top, spread and pat it.
Its important that both pans should be done simultaneously , once color of adikul
changes in fryng , add the hot sugar water immediately n stir

Soak 1/2 cup of raw rice, 1/8 cup of moong dhal or pasiparuppu, 1 tsp of fenugreek

Peel off 15 garlic cloves.

Prepare 4 cups of thin coconut milk...

Pressure cook soaked items and garlic together adding 3 cups of water for 5
whistles...

Once the pressure gets released, smash it well adding salt and coconut milk to
it...

Healthy porridge ready...

Note : cook the rice and dhal keeping them in a separate vessel inside the pressure

the cooked dal water alone...
U could use d dal for some other dish...

onion, 1 chopped tomato, salt, turmeric powder, 1 tsp of dhaniya powder, mutton
bones... Saute for 5 minutes... Then add the drained dal water to it...

Cook for 5 to 10 whistles...

Once pressure releases, add pepper powder to it...

Stir fry lady's finger in a pan separately..

In a pan add oil, asafeotida, mustard, curry leaves, 1 split red chilly, 2 cups of
butter milk, salt, turmeric powder, ground paste... Add cooked lady's finger to
it... Allow it to boil for 5 mins...

Cut cauliflower into tiny florets... Blanch 1/4 cup of cauliflower and 1/4 cup of
green peas in warm water for 10 minutes...

Now in a bowl add these cauliflower , peas, 1/4 cup of finely chopped carrot, 15
finely chopped garlic, salt, chilly powder, juice of 1 lemon... Mix well n keep it
in sunlight for a day if possible... Or else keep it in fridge...

Next day saute asafeotida n mustard in gingelly oil and add to this pickle... Mix
well n keep it in sunlight for a day..

If refrigerated, it keeps good for a week time...

Goes well with curd rice

Rava idli

Roast 1 cup of rava in 2 Tbsp of oil till golden brown.

Saute mustard, urad dhal, Bengal gram, curry leaves in oil.

In a bowl add raosted rava, sauted items, finely chopped coriander leaves, 1
finely chopped carrot, salt, 2 cups of curd... Mix well and keep it aside for an
hour..

After an hour, add 1/4 tsp of baking soda and little water to make a batter...

Grease idli plates with oil, pour these batter into it and steam it for 10
minutes...

Serve hot with coriander chutney or coconut chutney�

Blanch 1 cup of cauliflower florets in warm water for 10 minutes with salt.

In a bowl add
4 tsp of corn flour
3 tsp of maida
1 tsp of rice flour
1 tsp of ginger garlic paste
1 tsp of salt
3 tsp of chilly powder
1 tsp of garam masala powder
2 tsp of lemon juice
1/4 tsp of turmeric powder

Mix well with little water to make a paste...

Marinate cauliflower florets in this paste for 15 minutes..

Deep fry in oil...

In a pan add oil,


2 finely chopped green chillies
1 finely chopped onion,

1 tsp garam masala powder,
Smashed potatoes

Allow it to cook for 10 minutes... Add finely chopped coriander leaves to it ,


Switch off the stove, allow it to cool...

Add water to 1 cup of corn flour and make a paste of it...

Once the veg gets cooled make patties out of it, dip it into the corn flour
paste...

Roll it on bread crumbs or rusk powder..

Deep fry them in oil

Serve hot with tomato sauce...

powder -1/4 cup, butter-200 GM, white vinegar -1 tbsp, red colour-2 TSP, baking
soda-1 TSP mix all of them well n pour into the muffin cups . bake for 25 mins .

Pepper fish fry/ milagu meen varuval

Clean 250g of fish pieces with salt n turmeric powder...


In a bowl add fish pieces, 1 TSP salt, juice of 1 lemon...
Mix well and marinate for half an hour in freezer...
Deep fry in oil...
In a pan add little oil, handful of curry leaves, 5 tsps of pepper powder, fried
fish pieces... Stir fry for 2 minutes...

Yummy starter ready...

U could add 2 pinch of this masala powder while 2 cups of tea gets boiled...

Fried onions:

Briyani rice:
In water add jeera, bay leaf, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, star anise and basmati
rice with salt n oil. Once the rice is 90% cooked drain it.
Briyani masala:
Oil,ghee
Bayleaf,cardamom,cinnamon,clove, staranise
Sum fried onion
Onion
Ginger garlic paste
Green chillies
Chicken
Red chilli powder
Coriander powder
Dried prunes or kismis
Mint n coriander leaves
Curd
Salt
Once all starts boiling n there is enough gravy then switch off the flame.
Dum process:
In a heavy bottem pan sprinkle some water n lil jeera n lay some cooked rice then
sum gravy then sum rice then gravy then rice. Sum turmeric powder or red colour for
food colouring. N close the pan n leave for 15 mins . yumm dum briyani ready

make it crisp n golden brown by heating it both the sides on a tawa fr a long tym.
Now d pizza base s rdy..
Boil corn, peas n potatoes n smash it...make it lyk a paste n apply either tomato
ketchup or a layer of processed cheese on top of d base.....then spread the filling
on it n shred the cheese generously again n sprinkle some chilly flakes n bread
crumbs....if u want u can saute crunches of onion n capsicum n add to the topping.

Note-- only if u add d processed cheese generously,d taste cums out..

vattana (white dry peas)/ or potatoes...(it's ur choice) wit salt n turmeric
powder...and u shd boil green moong dal as well along wit potatoes or vattana....if
not u can make sprouts out of green moong dal n add it Raw along wit d base
stuffing. Smash it well n kp aside...
For sweet chutney-- take a handful of tamarind n soak it for atleast 20mins n make
a thick pulp out of it.. dry roast jeera and grind it finely n add it wit pulp. Add
lil chilly powder. And take sum jaggery more than d amount of tamarind dat u ve
taken n dissolve it in water on d stove n filter it n add it to d pulp....mainly
the jaggery essence shdnt bcum watery....add salt and black salt.....
For pani-- take loads of coriander leaves and few amount of pudina lvs, any neutral
flavoured biscuits lyk krack Jack(just one), if u hav peanuts or sev/chips/ boondi
u can add few of these aswell....Lil jeera, grn chillies as per ur taste, and mix
all dese wit salt n grind it into a fyn paste.. and addlots of water to dis paste n
make it watery n atlast add required amt of Everest pani Puri masala(add
generously).... In case u don't hav dese biscuits or sev or oder things, evn jus d
peanuts wud do. If u hav all dese u can add everything in a vry lil quantity...
Now stuff d smashed items in d puris n if u want u can top it wit lil finely
chopped onions n coriander leaves...n add sweet chutney to it n den add pani n
serve ....

3 garlic, one carrot one beetroot and 3 tomatoes.
Grind it and add pepper.sugar and salt n microwave it. And lastly I added home

Appam kadala curry

Appam
Soak 1.5 cup of idli rice, 1 cup of raw rice, 1/4 cup of urad dhal, 10 fenugreek
for 2 hours... Grind it to idli batter consistency... U could add 1 cup of cooked
rice to it while grinding(optional)
Allow it to ferment for 6 hours
Add little salt, 2 tsp of sugar and 1/4 tsp of baking soda or Eno plain to it...
Mix well with little water to dosa consistency...
Pour it in appam pan and swirl it around... Cover it with lid... Cook only one
side...
Soft spongy appam ready

In a pan roast 2 red chillies, 2 tsp of coriander seeds, 2 cloves, 2 cardamom, 1/4

Soak 1 cup of black channa overnight and pressure cook for 3 whistles...

Grind the roasted items along with 1/2 cup of cooked channa into fine paste...

In a pan add oil, mustard, curry leaves, chopped garlic, chopped onion, chopped
tomato, salt, turmeric powder, chilly powder, coriander powder, ground paste and
water... Bring to boil...

Kadala curry ready...

Take two big capsicum n cut it into medium chunks... 1 onion, tomato puree 1/2
cup... Boil 10 baby potatoes n kp it aside. Soak basmati ryc fr 15/20 mins n drain
it n kp.
For grinding- 1 tbsp grated coconut, 1onion,1 tomato,3-4garlic pods, 1 bit of
ginger,5red chillies, 1spn coriander seeds..... Grind all dese into fyn paste...
In a cooker/pan, add oil, cinnamon stick,bay leaf,jeera. Now add finely sliced
onion n cook til its transparent n add capsicum n then boiled potatoes n add d
grinded masala and add turmeric n garam masala powder.... then add half cup tomato
puree, n saute until everything blends well... Now add lil less watr, bcz v r alrdy
adding tomato puree....so add water n wen it boils,add d ryc n close d cooker
without the weight n kp it in sim n let it get cooked, den agn open n stir,den put
d weight n kp it in low flame fr fiv mins n switch off d gas....serve hot....wit
coriander leaves topping.....

Garlic cheese bread

Toast one side of bread and on the other side apply mayonnaise sauce or butter...
Grate cheese on top of it... Spread some finely finely chopped garlic...
Place this on tawa and cook for 2 minutes covering with lid...
Then garnish with herbs and coriander...

Make d dough sticky and pour 2 - 3 tbsn of oil on top n keep it aside for an hour
Sweet pooranam- channa dal, vellam, cardamom, coconut
Pressure cook channa dal after soaking it for half an hour. Cook them for 2 or 3
whistles, it shud b cooked but not too soft. Now grind d dal,coconut,
cardamom,vellam together . if it is watery then fry it with ghee .
Now take a dough n keep the pooranam in the centre n grease it. N make it into a
chappathi with ghee.

Ghee 1/4 cup
Dry roast ragi flour until the raw smell goes off and knead the dough with all the
ingredients above. Roll them n cut into pieces.
I baked it at 180 c for 20 mins.

In a pressure cooker add oil, cinnamon, saunf, 1 chopped onion, 1/2 chopped tomato,
1 cup of peas, 2 chopped potatoes(cubic shape), salt, ground paste and water.
Pressure cook for 2 whistles...

Grind few coriander leaves, few mint leaves, salt, bit of ginger, bit of green

Squeeze half lemon into it.

Sweet chutney
Add powdered jaggery and jeera powder to tamarind pulp.

In a bowl 3 cups of puffed rice, 1 cup of mixture, 1 chopped onion, 1 chopped


tomato, boiled potato cubes, salt, Turmeric powder, chilly powder, chat masala, 2
tsp of curd, green chutney, sweet chutney and mix them well...

Squeeze half lemon onto it...

Garnish with coriander and onions...

Marinate prawns with turmeric powder, chilli powder n salt for half an hour to one
hour .
And fry them in lot if oil
Drain the prawns n keep aside.
In the same oil put
Mustard seeds
Curry leaves
Red chillies
Ginger n garlic paste freshly grounded ( this is the main ingredient tat adds taste
to the pickle) I added 150 gms .
Tomato
Salt
Red chilli powder
White vinegar
And at last fried prawns
Let them all cook in medium flame until oil squeezes out.

Paneer paratha:

Prepare atta dough (2 cups) as like chappathi.

In a bowl mix 1 cup of grated paneer, 2 tsp of finely chopped ginger, 1 finely
chopped onion, few finely chopped coriander leaves, 2 finely chopped green
chillies, pinch of turmeric powder, 1 tsp of red chilly powder, 1/2 tsp coriander
powder, 1 tsp cumin powder and 1/2 tsp garam masala.

Make 8 equal sized balls of atta dough... Roll a ball of dough, keep the paneer
stuffing at the center, cover the edges... Again roll using rolling pin sprinkling
atta flour...

Cook both sides on tawa applying oil....

Paneer paratha ready�

of chilly powder, 1 tsp of coriander powder,1/4 tsp of turmeric powder, 1/4 cup of
tamarind juice... Bring it to boil... Add fried lady's finger... Cook for 5
minutes...

Soak 1 cup of raw rice, 3/4 cup of urad dhal for 2 hours...

Grind it to idly batter consistency adding little salt and little water.

Boil 3 Glasses of milk adding desired sugar and powdered cardamom... Allow it to
cool...

In a pan, add oil. Pour this batter into small balls... Fry till slight golden
brown...

Immerse fried paniyarams into water for a minute and then add it to prepared
milk...

Make paniyarams in batches...

Let it soak for 1/2 an hour..

In a pan add oil, cumin, 2 green chilly, a piece of ginger, 10 garlic pods, 2
chopped onions, 1 chopped tomato... Stir fry for 3 minutes... Cool and grind it to
a fine paste..

In a pan add oil, jeera, ground paste,1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp chilly powder,
1 tsp coriander powder... Allow it to boil for 10 minutes...
Add salt, paneer cubes, 1/2 tsp garam masala, 1/4 tsp chat masala... Cook for 2
minutes... Switch off..

Serve hot adding 1 tsp lemon juice...

Palak paneer ready ho gaya�

Lemon poha:

Wash 2 cups of poha or parched rice or aval in water twice and drain the water
completely... Set it aside by pressing it gently.

Mix 1 and half lemon juice and 1/2 tsp lemon juice in a bowl..

In a pan add oil, urad dhal, curry leaves, channa dal, 1 slit green chilly, 2
chopped onions, salt... Cook for 2 minutes... Now add poha and cook for a minute..

Switch off the stove and add this lemon juice mixture and stir well.
Garnish with coriander leaves

Serve hot with coconut chutney.
