Note: The standard rental time is based on four (4) hours, including two (2) hours set-up prior to the start of the event and one (1) hour egress. More

Any other additional billable fees or requested / required expenses or labor costs will be quoted and detailed on separate invoices whenever costs are
determined or necessary. All expenses will be estimated and approved prior to being incurred.

No refunds will be paid 30 days prior to an event but will be subject to corresponding penalties as stated in the terms and conditions of the contract.

All balances must be payable 30 days prior to the event. If the balance has not been paid on or before the commencement of the event, Chateau By
The Sea has the right to cancel your event. Any incidents incurred during the event must be settled right after the event.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. Payment Terms.
a. Reservation Fee. A non-refundable and non-transferable Reservation Fee of Ten thousand Pesos (P10, 000.00) is required to confirm the booking.
A fifty percent (50%) deposit of the total contract price is required at least sixty (60) days prior to event date. Full payment should be paid thirty (30) days
prior to the event. Incidentals and other incurred charges must be settled right after the event. Payments can be made in cash or credit card.
b. Security Deposit. The client shall pay a security fee of Ten Thousand Pesos (P10,000.00) for any damages that may occur at the premises of the
Company caused by guests and/or suppliers. This fee is refundable after the event should there beno damages and/or liabilities no later than fourteen
(14) days after the event.
2. Food and Beverage Items.
All food and beverage items shall be supplied exclusively from the Accredited Caterers only. Should Client prefer a non accredited caterer, he must pay
a corkage fee of Fifteen thousand pesos (P15, 000).
3. Service Providers and Equipment.
The Company shall require the Client to contract only with accredited suppliers and service providers. The Client may contract with any supplier or
service provider in the absence of a service that is not included by the accredited suppliers; provided, that Client shall notify the Company of is/her
chosen suppliers and service providers. The Company reserves the right to object to any supplier or service provider upon giving the Client the reason
for such objection. Client’s suppliers and service providers shall comply with this Contract, and all the rules and regulations of the venue. All staff and
personnel of suppliers and service providers must wear proper identification and proper uniforms at all times inside the Venue. Any crew wearing sandos,
shorts or slippers will not be allowed entry or will be escorted out of the premises.
4. Sound Levels.
Client may install an amplified sound system or hire the services of a live band or choir to perform during the Event; provided that Client shall keep the
volume down to such a level that volume will be confined within the venue for the duration of the Event as a courtesy to the guests in the other party
venues. The Company reserves the right to control the volume of the sound system should the volume be deemed too loud, especially during days that
have multiple events. In case of a live band, the client shall provide their own equipment because the company’s sound system is only for PA and
background music.
5. Back Up Venue Clause.
A back up venue is reserved for events held at the Company’s outdoor venues. A non refundable back up fee of Twenty five thousand pesos (P25, 000)
will be charged for the holding of reservation of the back up venue. Should the Client (holding a confirmed reservation for an outdoor venue) decide NOT
to reserve a "back-up" or alternative venue, then the Company will not be held liable for any untoward incident that may arise from bad weather. The
Company will not be obliged to provide an alternative venue at the last minute, but MAY do so on a discretionary basis subject to its best efforts, but
cannot guarantee the availability of such an alternative venue.
6. Documentation.
Client agrees to have the Company use photos and videos taken during the actual event for the Company’s marketing purposes.
7. Security.
All items brought inside the Venue shall be subject to security inspection by the Company’s representatives. Firearms, explosives or flammable materials,
dangerous weapons and prohibited drugs are strictly prohibited inside the venue. The Company reserves the right to deny entry to any person or item
which may deem a threat to the security of the Venue and the Event.
8. Force Majeure.
The Company will not be held liable for services not rendered due to acts of God, war, government regulations, natural calamities, civil disorders,
curtailment of transportation facilities and other inevitable incidents beyond the control of the Company that interrupts the expected course of events.
However, deposits made by the Client can be applied to future bookings.
9. Cancellation/Postponement of the Event.
Client shall inform the Company of any cancellation/postponement of the Event in writing no later than thirty (30) days prior to the Event date. The
following penalties apply:
*Sixty (60) days before the Event – 50% of the deposit
*Thirty (30) days before the Event – 100% of the deposit
10. Limitation of Liability.
Except when caused by the gross negligence of the Company or its employees or representative, Client shall hold the Company or any of its officers,
employees, agents and representatives free and harmless from any and all liabilities, penalties, damages, claims, cost and expenses and/or judgments
by reason of any damage or injury to any person or property arising out of or as a consequence of the use of the Venue by Client and his/her
representatives or guests. The Company’s liability shall in no case be more than the agreed contract fee. No claim by Client under this contract shall be
allowed unless made in writing and received by the Company within thirty (30) days from the Event date. The Client warrants and represents that he has
read and fully understood and hereby accepts the foregoing terms and conditions and agrees to comply with the same. This Contract may not be
amended or modified in any manner, except by written conformity of the Company.
