Terms and Conditions of Business (T&C: 16:01)

1. Price: Prices quoted are Ex works Bangalore, transportation & Insurance charges
will be extra at actuals.
2. Unloading: By you at your cost
3. Validity: 45 Days from the date of quotation
4. Packing & Forwarding: NIL
5. Central Excise duty: Not applicable at present
6. Sales Tax: VAT/CST extra as applicable at the time of supply. Present rate is 14.5%.
7. Octori Duty/Entry Tax: Payable by you-only if applicable.
8. Statutory Clause: Any other statutory taxes/levies that are in force at the time of
dispatch shall also be payable at actuals.
9. Terms of Payment: 40% advance with the order, 50% against delivery & balance 10%
after demonstration. Bank charges to your account. All payments are required through RTGS
or DD Payable at Bangalore. An Interest @18%p.a.will be charged for all the delayed
payments.
10. Inspection: It is desired that the equipment prior to dispatch are inspected at our works by
the official of your institution at your cost. No physical changes can be made at site after
supply.
11. Delivery: Our standard delivery period is 8-12weeks from the date of receipt of technically
and commercially clears order. In case of urgent requirement, the delivery period can be
improved upon.
12. Supply: Supplies will be made in parts unless specifically mentioned in the order & the
payment should be released soon after every supply.
13. Warrantee: The Equipment offered by us are warranteed against defective workmanship
and materials for a period of 15months from the date of dispatch or 12months from the date
of commissioning, whichever ends earlier. The warranty is limited to the free
repair/replacement of defective parts only and does not cover parts worn out/broken due to
mishandling and normal wear and tear. The warranty does not include
rubber/plastic/electrical parts, consumables & perishable items.
14. Equipment will be supplied with only those essential accessories & electricals as specified in
our quotation & technical data sheet. Any other accessory can be supplied only at extra cost.
15. Purchaser / User has to provide essential utilities & consumables such as gases, fuels &
lubricants, water supply, civil work & foundation, electric supply etc at his cost.
16. Penalty: We do not accept any penalty clause.
17. Jurisdiction: Subject to Bangalore Jurisdiction only.
18. Seller’s Inspection & Design shall be final
