CLASSROOM CHECKLIST

MON TUE WED THU FRI

Classroom is left clean after each class period. No paper, books,
or any items should be on the floor.

Chairs are left in an organized manner.

Teacher’s chair is left clean and organize.

No books, paper, or any items are left on the window ledges.

White board is erased at the end of each class period.

Storage cabinet and area organized and neat.

Windows and doors are closed and locked.

Water dispenser is unplugged.

Lights and fans are turned off.

Television is turned off and unplugged.

Floor is swept and mopped.

Trash bins are emptied and garbage bags are replaced.

Please remember that we are building your leadership skills and responsibility. We are also
responsible for making sure that our students understand that they are responsible for the cleanliness and upkeep of
their learning environment
