Working in partnership with GlobalSantaFe International Drilling for crude oil drilling in the Rio del Rey
Basin of the Niger delta. My main duties were to:
 Inspect all Elevator Installations including construction of elevator machine rooms, electrical and
communications systems associated with elevator installation, new power service, fire alarm, boilers,
HVAC, and hot water heaters tanks.
 Verify the adequacy and application of the Site HSE Plan and all related procedures, then
preparing any revisions and reports.
 Organize, plan and participate in the periodical HSE walk around, Inspections and Audits on site,
prepare all the relevant reports, action plans, verify the follow up and the timely execution of the
corrective action.
 Promote safe working procedures, application of PTW systems, SIMOPS, and associated Task Risk
Assessment.
 Participates in Task Risk Assessment meetings, review and approval, ensure existing hazards are
controlled to as low as reasonably practicable (ALARP).

 Organize in case of work accidents a full investigation of the event, finalized the identification of
corrective measure to avoid reoccurrence.

Subcontractors HSE Representative).
