Reading room : Capacity of reading room as per AICTE norms, With CCTV, Library
Reading room should preferably have a space at least 800 sq. feet with chair,
officer table,Access of reference books to read in library.

M.G.Chaudhari (Jr cancellation of hostel admission, Hostel facilities (Furniture, TV room, study
Clerk - Warden) room/ library, computer room with internet, food and kitchen management etc.)

Hostel maintenance Hostel maintenance (RO plant, Geyser, Tube lights, Fans
etc…) , Housekeeping activities in hostel, Medical facility in hostel (First-aid box
and Doctor's Visit), Students' committee in hostel (Discipline, Maintenance,
Food, Sports etc.), Safety and security of the students.
Hostel administraon
Sports, cultural and other activities (Swachata Abhiyan, Tree Plantation etc.) in
hostel, Student Counselling and Anti-ragging activities, Purchase of hostel
amenities (cots, chairs, tables, mess facilities, etc.), Punishment for indiscipline in
hostel, Scholarship for hostel students, NOC for pass out students, Regular visits
of Principal, Rector, HOD's and Wardens.

3 Canteen and Student Store shri P.F.Raval (LME) Shri C.P.Gelot (L.Maths) all activities related to canteen to performed in coordination with store
facility Shri Mukesh Chaudhari department,right from tendering to quality control of food & beverages in
(Jr Clerk) canteen.

4 Conference, Auditorium, Shri A.H.Shah (LCE) Smt K.M.Sutariya (LEC) regular checks, maintenance and repair of auditorium to be done at once a week
Seminar Hall Allocation & Shri Mukesh Chaudhari & prepare/maintain a register of all furniture & equipment.
