Dear Sir/Madam,

We are pleased to announce the launch of new internet banking i.e. FEBA
(Finacle E Banking Application) from 11th December 2017. Customers’ accounts
will be migrated to the new platform. Below points to be noted for guidance to the
customers for smooth migration.

1. The internet banking application will not be available from 08 December 2017,

10:00 PM onwards till 11 December 2017 06:00 AM. Current internet banking
users are communicated about the migration activity.
2. If customer is making GST payments through FEBA, then customer be guided
to use login credentials of old Internet Banking application. Earlier the
customers were given separate credentials for making GST payments now the
credentials used for old Internet banking transactions shall be used for GST
payments too.
3. Corporate customers shall be requested to check their pending approvals for
financial transactions initiated through old Internet banking.
4. Scheduled payments will be processed through new internet banking from 11 th
December 2017 onwards. However customers are requested to cross check
the registered scheduled payments once again in the new internet banking
module to avoid any inconvenience.
5. In case of any issues please raise your queries on
denaiconnect@denabank.co.in/ feba@denabank.co.in from registered email
ID.
6. The customer performing transactions through Bill aggregators like Bill desk,
Paytm, Payu and SBI e-pay will be redirected to FEBA login page.
7. The list of beneficiaries will also be available in the new internet banking.
Customers are requested to cross check the same.
8. In new internet banking module the OTP will be alternatively pushed to the
customer registered email-ID shortly. Meanwhile, customers are requested to
register their correct email ID with bank.
