SEMANTICS - FALSE DEFINITIONS

a human being regarded as an individual.

Legal person
refers to a ​non-human entity​ that is treated as a ​person​ for limited ​legal
purposes--corporations, for example. ​Legal​ persons can sue and be sued, own
property, and enter into contracts. In most countries, ​legal​ persons cannot vote, marry,
or hold public office.​ (soo in other word the government made 2 of you with the same name)

The term "​driver​" in contradistinction to "traveler," is ​defined​ as: "​Driver​ -- One

employed​ in conducting a coach, carriage, wagon, or other vehicle ..." Bovier's​ ​Law
Dictionary, 1914 ed., Pg. 940. Notice that this ​definition​ includes one who is
"employed"​ in conducting a vehicle.

Will this be a civil action or criminal action ?

Maine v. Thiboutot 448 US 1, 100 SCT 2502 – Officers of the court have ​no immunity​, when
