ACTION PLAN

SMALL GROUP
Goal: Of the students who struggle with emotional control, we plan to decrease the number of struggling students by 80% by the next school year.
Target Group: Male students in 6th, 7th, and 8th grade who scored below a 40 in DESSA scores
Data to Identify Students: DESSA scores will be taken into consideration when choosing the students for the group and will be used to assess the progress of the students
social-emotional functioning. The groups will use a pre/post assessment when assessing for the effectiveness of the group.
