INGREDIENTS METHOD
• Roast peanuts, almonds, cashew nuts &

Homemade healthy Granola Bar
INGREDIENTS METHOD

1½ Tropical Cups Honey • Add all the ingredients in a Wonderlier Bowl

5 tbsp Water
5 tsp Olive oil
¼ tsp Salt
2½ Tropical Cups Oats
3 Tropical Cups Corn flakes
2 tbsp Chopped nuts or seeds
(like sunflower seeds, flax seeds)
2 tbsp Dried fruit (Chopped)
like raisins (kishmish), apricots (khubanee),
cranberries
1 Tropical Cup Chocolate (Diced)
and mix together using the Silicone Spatula.
• Place the mixture in Princess Silicone Round
Mould and press the mixture firmly down
with Master Masher to avoid crumbling.
• Place Princess Silicone Round Mould with
the mixture in the microwave.
• Microwave at 600 Watts for 8 - 10 minutes or
till the mixture turns golden brown.
• Allow it to cool, demould and cut into bars.
Your homemade healthy Granola Bar is ready
to be served.

Tip Use the leftover crumbs as cereal

with milk.

Christmas Fruit Cake
INGREDIENTS METHOD

1 Tropical Cup Brown sugar • Pre-heat your oven to 180 degree Celsius.
1 Tropical Cup Butter (unsalted) • Add roughly chopped mixed fruits and nuts to fruit juice in a
½ tsp Salt Wonderlier Bowl and mix well. Leave it to stand for at

onion, garlic, green chilli and
coriander with olive oil.
• Peel and de-seed the roasted
eggplants.
• Add Smart Chopper contents,
eggplant, yogurt, cumin powder
and salt to Quick Shake.
• Shake well and serve.

Tip Serve it with Lavash bread or

fresh cut carrots and cucumber.
 Biscuit Laddo Condensed Milk

16 Digestive Biscuits or ½ Tropical Cup

Marie Biscuits Milk powder

½ Tropical Cup ½ Tropical Cup

Sugar Warm milk
2 tbsp Clarified
Butter (ghee)

Add all ingredients into the Quick Shake,

shake well.

Rose petals

• Using Smart Chopper, crush the biscuits and transfer that

into a Wonderlier Bowl.
¼ Tropical Cup • Add condensed milk (6 - 7 tbsp) in above mixture and mix
Pistachios (pista) well to form soft dough. Grease your fingers and make
medium sized balls.
• Stuff them with chopped pistachios and roll in dry rose
petals.
• Biscuit Laddos are ready to be served.

Add condensed milk spoon by spoon and mix.

Tip This will ensure that the dough gets prepared in
correct consistency.
