9500 MPR Quick Start Guide MPT-HC-HQAM / XP-HQAM / MC Overview and ODU-to-IDU Connections

For MPR-e and MPR-1c, if the SW version of the existing network is anterior to R5.0.0, all new or repaired MPT-MC/HC/XP received with a SW Release 5.2.0 must be downgraded to the network SW Release using MCT / TCO ≥ R5.0.0.
This MCT must be first downloaded from OLCS server to a laptop, where the downgrade can be performed.
