AFFIDAVIT OF REGISTERED OWNER

I, MARISA T. BASAT, of legal age, Filipino citizen, and a resident of 31 Gen.

Santos Street, Poblacion North, Solano, Nueva Vizcaya, under oath, hereby declare
and state that:

1. I am the registered owner of a Toyota Hiace GL Grandia bearing conduction

sticker No. A5 N030 and more particularly described as follows:

2. Sometime in April 2018, Ms. Cherry C. Orines and Mr. Bob A. Santiago,
authorized me to process the needed documents for the purchase of the
above-described motor vehicle and that, as previously agreed upon, I shall be
designated as registered owner although they are the true owners. This is to
fast track the purchase of the vehicle as I will already be the signatory of all
the necessary documents;

3. Since Cherry C. Orines is presently working in Canada, the custody of the

above-described motor vehicle was left solely to Bob Santiago for his use and
to maintain its good condition at all times;

4. From the time that the above-mentioned vehicle was purchased, I never used
it as my own as the real owners are Cherry C. Orines and Bob A. Santiago;

5. Bob Santiago parks the Toyota Hiace GL Grandia at the Orines family house
at P-2 Brgy. Villa Coloma, Bagabag, Nueva Vizcaya and is regularly used by
him until I was informed that Lalaine Orines, William Finlayson and Hazel
F. Nape prevented him from entering the said property and from using the
above-described vehicle;

 6. I executed this Affidavit of Registered Owner to attest to the truth of the
aforementioned facts and for any other legal purposes that this Affidavit could
serve.
