1) install Maple 15 (Maple15WindowsInstaller.exe) and choose "activate later"

2) install Maple 15.01 update (Maple1501WindowsUpgrade.exe)
3) backup the originals and copy the cracked maple.dll file to
%MAPLEDIR%\bin.win\
and
%WATCOMDIR%\maple15\lib\
4) copy license.dat to %MAPLEDIR%\license\
5) start Maple 15.01

we recommend disabling the following (tools->options->general):

check-for-updates every x days
maple-cloud connection
