quarter.
2. To deliberate the ranks and academic performance of
Grade 10-Pascal students
3. To recognize the students who performed well in all subjects

THIRD QUARTER RECOGNITION

PART 2
NARRATIVE REPORT
1. Introduction /Rationale /Objectives
In pursuant to DepEd Order No. 36 ,series of 2016 entitled
“Policy Guidelines on Awards and Recognition for the K to 12
Basic Education Program”, the JFK Sped Center held its Third
quarter deliberation, conference and Recognition to the
students who performed well during this quarter last February
2, 2018. Parents, students and teachers attended the said
event. This activity aims to update parents with regards to
the behavior, academic progress and performances of their
children the entire third quarter, To deliberate the ranks and
academic performance of Grade 10-Pascal students and to
recognize the students who performed well in all subjects in
the specific quarter

2. Narration Of Accomplishment in accordance with the

Training/Activity Matrix/Schedule

In the afternoon of February 2, about 2:30 pm the activity

starting with the checking of attendance. Part 1 is HPTA meeting
agenda were financial reports, authorized fees, modular
advance subjects, vector control measures against dengue,
student’s behaviors, and about the activities for the foundation
day such as outreach and battle of the bands.

The second part of the activity is the deliberation/ranking of

Grade 10 Pascal students who will be recognized with
academic excellence award and with perfect attendance for
the third quarter. When everyone agreed with the results of their
children’s academic performance it was followed by the
awarding of certificate of recognition to all my students since all
of them excelled this quarter. After the awarding was the
distribution of cards.
