Whereas, one Muhammad Noshad son of Allahdin Khan
Qaimkhani had stood surety for the accused Salman Ahmed and Usama before this Court in
Crime No:130/2017, U/S: 269,270 PPC of P.S A-Section Tando Allahyar and he had
furnished Original Saving certificates bearing No.HF-769667,68,69,70,71,72, Registration
No:10123, whereas, the said case has been disposed of on 26.01.2018. Accused convicted U/S
245(ii) Cr.P.C and surety discharged.
You are, therefore, hereby required to remove the mortgage entry
in respect of the above said Saving Certificates as Muhammad Noshad is no more required
as surety in the above said case before this Court.
