steady state conditions when:
• Interior condition: 20°C, 50% (0.0074kgw/kgda)
• Exterior condition: 5°C, 90% (1.27kg/m3, hfg=2490kJ/kg,
0.0049kgw/kgda)
• They are all working very late so there is no solar
radiation to consider 
• Ignore below grade heat losses and storage effects.
