REPORT

Logistic Support of LGU

 Management of Donation/Support from LGUs and other Agencies

With the proper knowledge of the efforts of the Police personnel in the
maintenance of peace and order situation in this municipality, the Local Government
Unit (LGU) thru the leadership of Hon. Joseph Arman C Bauzon, showed their
overflowing support thereby showing good rapport and united with one common goal
to make the Municipality of Calasiao as the Best Municipality in Region 1. Since the
assumption of no less than Mayor Joseph Arman C. Bauzon last July 04, 2017, PNP
thru the leadership of PSUPT UMAYAM as Chief of Police have felt the undying
support on our Operational, Administrative and Logistical plans and programs, such
as the following:

 Local Government Unit (LGU) bears the payment and

consumptions of Electric, Water and Internet Bill used by PNP of
Calasiao;
A total of more or less Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (P500,000.00) total
consumption of Calasiao Police Station is being paid by the LGU for the
Electric Bill while the other were bing paid by LGU thru our allocated fund.

 The unlimited allocation of monthly gas/lubricants;

The amount of Three Hundred Thousand Pesos (300,000.00) as allotted for
the maintenance and Operating Expenditures of Calasiao Police Station to
our Fuel, Oil, and Lubricants Expenses was utilize by PNP Calasiao for the
fiscal year 2017. Further, the said allocation is not enough, the Office of the
Municipal Mayor is ready to augment our depleted budget.

 Ammunition
No less than our Hon. Mayor Joseph Arman C Bauzon give the assistance
on our deplted ammunition source and so during the period, he had donated
and sponsored all our activities intended for the welfare of our station.

  Assistance and fund support on the conduct of training,
symposium and enhancement of Police Volunteer against criminalities
(Salaam Police Volunteer)
 Supported and shouldered the expenses incurred during the
conduct of our Reformatory Actions regarded to DOUBLE BARREL “OPLAN
TOKHANG” such as:

Activation of SWAT Team and Donation of RONI Kit

As the activation of SWATCalasiaoTeam, Hon. Mayor Joseph Arman C

Bauzonspearheaded the donation of RONI Kit to all members of SWAT team. This
action of the LGU manifested the total support to PNP Calasiao. It can be noted that
the one (1) piece of Roni Kit is
amounting to more or less Forty
Thousand Pesos and we are very
proud that our SWAT members
have received SIX (6) pieces of
Roni Kit.

Further, as promised by our

Hon. Mayor Joseph Arman C
Bauzon, he will provide more high-
powered firearms to thwart
criminals within the Municipality of
Calasiao. Thereby, showing
“ONENESS” to LGU-PNP
partnership.

 Monthly repair of our vehicle;

PSUPT UMAYAM really wanted CHANGE the mobility capacity of Calasiao

Police Station. And indeed, he coordinated and ask for a act of kindness to Hon.
Joseph Arman C Bauzon, Municipal Mayor,in reviving and replenishing our Old Revo
to a new engine and new picture of our REVO can be seen here. Our ever
supportive Mayor approved the released of Three Hundred Thousand Pesos
(P300,000.00) budget intended for the repair of REVO. This was the advocacy of our
Chief of Police PSUPT CHARLIE D UMAYAM to make the PNP Calasiao as the best
Police Station in Region 1 and part of this campaign is to have an additional mobility.
Truly, our Mayor was not hesitant to support all the projects and plans of PNP
Calasiao.
