RE : Request for copies of company records/ documents

Dear insert names:

I am currently in the process of compiling our company’s records in the exercise of good business
practices. It appears that I was not furnished with copies of several company documents such as Board
Resolutions and/ or Secretary’s Certificates.

As such, I am writing to request for copies of our company’s records from 2017 up to present,
duly certified correct by our company Treasurer and Auditor and attested to by our company President,
for further completion of my files. In addition, moving forward, I kindly request that I be furnished with
copies of Board Resolutions and Secretary’s Certificates in due course.

I look forward to receiving the said documents within TEN (10) days from receipt of this letter.
Your attention and immediate assistance on the matter will be greatly appreciated.
