Why are the US citizens rapidly becoming more obese?

Introduction.

The United States ranks firts in the ranking of obesity, with a figure of seventy and eight
million today. This represents 35.7% of the population of the North Country.

There have been several studies on this subject, the latest study revealed that, to keep pace,
for 2030 42% of the American population will suffer from this disease.

Obesity can trigger more than 20 diseases in the cardiovascular and digestive systems.

Development.

The American way of life has led to this crisis. This style is characterized by the lack of time.

Most citizens have work days that extend up to 12 hours a day, do not have time to prepare
their lunches and dinners then opt to eat fast food, and not only are obese by the type and
quantity of food they eat, if not for eating out of order.

Many people believe that by quitting breakfast, lunch, or eating once a day will not fatten and
the opposite happens.

Without exercise the propensity to fatten is much greater. If they don't eliminate the calories
in any way, they accumulate. But most Americans are busy and the time they have left them
want to invest in activities that the stresses and are sedentary: go to the movies, watch TV,
surf the Internet, play with video consoles, etc... Sport turns out to be a nuisance and not a
distraction.

Parents, for working too hard and not being home in the evenings, neglect their children who
are ideal candidates to fall into obesity is one of the causes that obesity is increasing in
childhood. 16.9% of the country's children and adolescents are obese this percentage gives a
figure of 12.5 million. For the children their parents are their examples to follow if they see
them eating too much they also want to do it. And most parents don't see the need to worry
about their children, because they see this problem in a normal way

The profile of an obese is that of an anxious person who calms down with the food. They try
to supply these emotional gaps with material objects, in an anxious way; There appears the
food as a way out for this anxiety.

American culture is consumerist from the outset but if Americans continue this lifestyle of
consuming many calories the health system will have to serve 32 million of people more for
obesity in about 10 years.

Experts believe that this problem is due to the lack of education on nutrition issues, sedentary
lifestyle, poor food and that television is a contributing factor to the high incidence of obesity.
Some studies confirm that the risk of overweight and obesity occurs mainly in the most
disadvantaged social classes, and is less likely in the higher social classes. This may be related
to the fact that the healthiest and most appropriate food (fruits, vegetables, fish, etc.) is more
expensive than any other type of food that is more economically affordable (dogs, burgers,
fast food for example), but which in the long run is clearly More damaging. It is clear that it is
necessary to take action in this regard, especially in the time of economic crisis that we are
experiencing.

This issue represents one of the most troubling problems of the nation as more than one third
of the inhabitants fight against the overweight that has been done several campaigns against
obesity one of the most notable was that I perform the first lady Michelle Obama.

More than 465 million euros have been invested for the start-up of programs aimed at
curbing fatness and others.

The publicity that is done today has caused a positive effect, but you have to continue with
prevention a good education to know what is and what is not healthy in terms of food and
healthy lifestyle is key to achieving prevention on obesity-related illnesses in the United
States community.

Levels of obesity in the United States are higher in women than in men throughout
all age groups although there is not much difference between the percentage of
women and men, all this is related to previous findings on the obesity.

More troubling is still the fact that obese people first surpass those who are past kilos,
it is also the first time it is said and that there are studies and figures that prove that
for the first time in the history of humanity, there are more supercharged people than
malnourished

The percentages of children who suffer from obesity were lower than those of adults,
but the rate in which the numbers of the first ones increased is higher. This implies
greater risks to the future if no immediate measures are taken to stop the problem
because doctors call this situation surprising and also because they know that once
the obesity is stable it is difficult to reverse it but not impossible.

In terms of figures, the large populations that have China and India imply that these
two countries recorded the highest numbers of children with obesity and despite
having a smaller population, the United States presented the highest number of obese
adults in addition to res Altar levels of the global obesity epidemic, researchers also
hope to increase awareness that overweight-related illnesses can be deadly.

Almost 70% of deaths linked to a high body mass index in the analysis was the result
of a cardiovascular disease, ending the life of 2.7 million people in 2015. Diabetes is
the second cause of death.
Conclusion.

America has a big problem with obesity, and I doubt it will diminish because it is
something that is part of their culture, is something that all citizens have been raised
and have learned to live, there are governmental campaigns that go against fast food
but It is very difficult to beat that market, the U.S. government has to improve that
part by creating more prevention campaigns or whatever is necessary because there
is also a large number of obese children and this is a disease that can lead to death ,
but I do not think that the people of the United States will leave that style because it is
something that has characterized them and that is more accessible to their time and
economically.
