7. Purpose/Objective of the Subproject:


1. To accommodate offices which is vital for administrations and
facilitating of services that are deem necessary for every municipal line
agencies offices;
2. To serve as facilitating agents for all the municipal activities that
takes place in the Municipality of Sultan Dumalondong.
3. To provide for the center through the offices, of all transactions
and operations of the municipality;
4. To meet the ideals and standards of Department Interior and
Local Government as mandated by the provisions of the local
government code of the Philippines
5. To provide for quality and genuine services that will make the
current administration as the catalyst of introducing a change in the
municipality.

8. Project Site (Please provide detailed description of site including vicinity):

The proposed municipal hall is located in the 1.421 hectares of family-


owned are which was donated by the members of the Bacaraman
family as reflected in the deed of donation. The municipal hall is
bounded in the area of Barangay Lumbac of Sultan Dumalondong.
9. Existing Condition of the Subproject:

This municipality is now 19 years of existence and still has no MUNICIPAL


HALL to house the offices of the Local Government Unit (LGU). In our
advocacy under the flagship of the newly minted mayor Jamel
Bacaraman Kurangking to introduce a real change in the area and our
quest to render genuine and sincere services to its constituents
