(See Clause 12.2)

DRAWINGS

1. DRAWINGS

In compliance of the obligations set forth in Clause 12.2 of this Agreement, the Conces-
-sionaire shall furnish to the Independent Engineer, free of cost, all drawings listed in
Annex-I of Schedule-H.

2. ADDITIONAL DRAWINGS

If the Independent Engineer determines that for discharging its duties and functions under
this Agreement, it requires any drawings other than those listed in Annex-I, it may by
notice require the Concessionaire to prepare and furnish such drawings forthwith. Upon
receiving a requisition to this effect, the Concessionaire shall promptly prepare and furnish
such drawings to the Independent Engineer, as if such drawings formed part of Annex-I of
this Schedule-H.

(SCHEDULE – H)

List of Drawings

All the Drawings that the Concessionaire is required to furnish under Clause 12.2 specifying the
Drawings for Four Laning/ Two Laning with paved shoulders are as under:

(a) Horizontal and Vertical Alignment with details of reference pillars. Horizontal Intersection
Point, Vertical Intersection Points, elements of curves, and sight distances.

(b) Cross-section at 10m interval along the alignment within ROW

(c) Typical Cross-section with details of pavement structures

(d) Detailed drawings of individual Bridges/ Structures/ROB/Interchanges

(e) Detailed drawings for individual culverts

(f) Detailed layout drawings for intersections and interchanges

(g) Drawings for Road sign, Markings, Toll Plaza, Bus bays, Parking areas, Truck lay-byes

(h) Detailed layout drawings for traffic circulation for service roads/slip roads and
detailed drawings for vehicular and pedestrian underpasses including cross- section
drawings through vehicular and pedestrian underpasses at the project road level and the
structures bed level.

(i) Landscaping & Tree Plantation

(j) Traffic Management drawings for safety in construction zones

(k) Detailed drawings of road side furniture and safety structures

(l) Detailed drawings of guide bunds and protection works

(m) Detailed drawings of Drainage including RCC covered drains as per standard specifications.
