Sub;- printing of electrical isolation cards on urgent basis

As discussed in weekly meeting for the procurement of Electrical

Isolation Card on urgent basis. We have made local survey and the
following three quotations were obtained. The L1 vendor is supplying
the isolation card at a reasonable rates.A sample had been made through
the vendor and found satisfactory. Therefore it is proposed to make 2560
of such cards on urgent basis. The total financial implications for making
such cards shall be Rs. 6400/- Approval may please be accorded for
making such cards.

Sub:- To release the payment

Verbal orders had been placed for printing the electrical isolation tags
after the Approval from the competent person to the L1 vendor M/S.
Bijal Art and the job was got it done. The printed tags 2562 nos. had
been delivered at our fire station on 17/12/2006.The printing matter as
per the sample attached found satisfactory. The necessary payment had
been made to the vendor by the undersigned and receipt had been
obtained.

Approval may please be accorded to release the payment

Sub;- printing of Trem cards for liquid Ammonia carrying tankers –A

statuary requirement

As per the Central Motor vehicle Act 1989 all the vehicles carrying
hazardous good shall be provided the TREM (Transport Emergency )card
in which the properties of chemical carrying, and action to be taken by the
driver of the vehicle in case of any leak during the transit shall be clearly
demarked by the owner in the card. It is a statutory requirement and fire
and safety issuing the same to the Ammonia carrying tanker driver. This is
being checked by the RTO while transporting These cards are exhausted at
fire station. We have made local survey and quotations were obtained from
different printing press.
